Lee - thanks alot for your guidance .Amlogic Box is working now.
BUT i need your help again for my second box which is showing red light after corrupt software. No blue light. Now it does not accept any software from SD card. Please you or any member of forum let me know which pins I need to shortened and also give me 'u-boot.bin' and correct related software of that box. Really appreciated

That box is running with different hardware altogether. I believe it is an amlogic quad core processor. U could probably use recovery disk but I don't know what firmware it runs. I would try contacting the people u got it from and see if they can get u the firmware. U could also try the uart method but u would have to order a uart module off ****. They r cheap. My ealing post describes the method in detail.

leestow,
I have a Amlogic 8726MX v1.1 and stuck on a red light. I have a uart setup but this is all I am getting from putty.
EEEE I3000000032940xff00dead16<22030EEEE I600000006294NO boot up device found1286?1:2EEEE I500000005294enter serial boot13549030
I hit enter and I do not get a terminal screen to type in commands.
Do I need to short the SPI pins longer? I tried your files to make a bootable SD card but that's all i get from putty.
Any help would be appreciated.

If u shorted pins for 15 to 20 seconds then that should be sufficient. How did u make bootable sd card? Did u do It in Windows or in linux? I have found that it works better in linux. U can just use a linux live cd. I suggest ubuntu live. I'm thinking 5 that either boot card wasn't made properly or pins not shorted properly. Make sure u r using at least a 4 gb card. Also make sure u r shorting right pins. Can u take a pic of board and circle pins u r shorting and post it. That might help.Last edited by leestow; 21 August 2015, 05:58.
