MOV Z69 2GB RAM 16GB ROM rooted firmware?

Hi guys,

I have good and bad news.

I reach with a z69 manufacturer "WeChip" (not gearbest yet) and they gave me a ROM!

The bad news is I still get error BUT another one! i get stuck at 4% instead at 2% with this error:
[13:21:36 535][HUB6-6][Err]--[0x10303004]Romcode/Switch status/Identify/Error result

Every other ROM was giving me this error:
[21:27:52 441][HUB6-2][Err]--[0x10105002]Romcode/Initialize DDR/Read initialize status/USB Control setup error

I've tried to load recovery or flash again by puting in SD Card and pluging with reset button but it shows no image.
It needs TWRP to enter first. I have a TWRP Backup of the Stock ROM, but i need to get TWRP to run first. Isn't there a way to force TWRP to run via USB, like ADB Shell?
I contacted gearbest for help. I'll wait for answer.

JUST SUCCESSFULY UNBRICKED MY BOX!!!

On my desktop it was giving the 4% error, even refreshing wasnt solving. Now I tried on a laptop, the error gave me once but I refreshed and it continued successfully.

Thank you guys for all the help. I met this wonderful community because of my box. My research for manufacturers for this model of box has paid off!

Do you have now standard rom?? what about Xannytech mod?
I have problems with shutdown (I cant shutdown it..it restart avtomaticly), every few days it freeze and show messy screen...what you sugest me?

I couldn't flash Xannytech mod ROM, as any other ROM. My edition of box is picky, Z69-M.
As for your problem it can be either hardware or software, IMO. Maybe you backup your system and then try to flash any other ROM?

I flashed this firmware, and It get me 4% error... Only I refreshed, and, it begun to flash 4%...7%................. to 100%!!

Me box works again!! I thought i would not get it.

With this firmware, buetooth works!, but, status bar?? I knew that this Z69 hasent statur bar.... but, it possible put it?

So. Finally I turned on the bluetooth on last xtmod firmware(XTMOD_EX_P_27bis).

These files you must put to correct folders with correct permissions.


All works fine, sound transmission is not breaking, mobile phone connecting, file transmit working
P.S When you replacing libhardware.so and libhardware_legacy.so - the box is restarting. dont worry its ok

By the way.... Since I flashed this firm.... Very apps said me.that "this app isn't supported by this device"... I have to looking for the apk and install it.... Is it normal???

Its a problem with this firmware. ONLY a dozen apps are showing up and the rest if you find by another way it says incompatible. I tried to chance and replace build.prop but with no success.

I have a alternative market now. Aptoide. You can find it. Its the 3rd largest APP market and has most of the apps you can find on the play store. It will do for now until I can find a fix.

There was no responting from pc and it was ''working'' only a blue/red led !
I fanally unbricked it with ''short pin'' of 8 & 9 and with this Z69-2017516 firmware !
After that i saw that this firmware had a lot of restricted issues on playstore !
So i made a mod one clean with no pre-apps (no kodi) ,with status and navigation bar , one tap clean , rgb fix app, has root access and with playstore working 100%

Hey, gatos814. It's nice what you did! I also have a TWRP backup of the original ROM mine came (April.2017) which PlayStore works but I would need to factory reset it since it had my google account linked.

Also, did anyone notice anything wrong with the videoplayback smoothness on kodi or even on the media player with a video file? It seems a bit choppy and not smooth. I think it's something about the codec permission since this SoC is more than capable to handle video.
