    Hi guys,

Is it normal that my CPU is locked to 1200mhz and that the device is recognized as a Samsung GT-I9300 after I flashed this rom?

I do have a CX 919 II and the stock rom I got gave me a lot of problems with apps. Those problems do seem to be fixed with this rom.

    Best regards.

I somehow managed to screw up its 5v power input port (bit askew).. I'm glad you can power up via the OTG port as well

My hardware is an RK3188-T with an AP6210, 2GB RAM und 8GB Flash, according to the seller the stick is an MK809III/J22.
Marking on the board is cyx tech rk3188 909 v1_1
I have tried many ROMs and kernel from Neomode and others from this thread but all ROMs makes the same problems,
the screen flickers more or less !?!
I will not oveclock the device.
Hi if you will not overclock the device why do you want a custom ROM? is it to use game controllers etc? I have tried a few ROMS and just had problems.. I went back to stock and have rooted the stock ROM, wifi is good 64mbit no drops, I wanted a ROM as these guys usually put in a few init.d scripts and some "V8 supercharger" or the latest tweaks to get these stick running much better.

What I will do is post back my results in implementing a few tweaks. If anyone else knows a few of the good standard tweaks pls post

Im also confused. Is there a better ROM than the stock to use on this? I just need 720P I dont want to overclock but rooted and the tweaks that ROM cookers make to the Governor's + init.d and debloat etc is what im after.

I'm worried that I haven't got the BT bit right so would appreciate some feedback.

NB. for use with KitKat ROM only!!!
Is it possible to get kitkat rom for CX919II somewhere?

mk980 III no wifi and no bt

Dear all, hope to be in the right place, to post my problem... After reading hundreds of pages here, I'm still not able to fix the issue with the wifi (impossible to turn it on)

Tried many roms, different kernels (I think the hw info for the wifi and bt chip are built into the kernel?)

I contact the seller and he suggested to me to see a youtube video in which I found the link to this forum.

You're my last possibility, I'm pretty sure I don't have the AP6210 WIFI CHIP built in, here the link to see the picture: https://www.dropbox.com/s/fddw45caxt...209_141123.jpg

I don't know what to do, if there's any available rom and/or kernel working with my wifi chip... (supposing that is the problem)

I really hope in you all.

    Regards
    Riki

I should mention my J22 has a true RK3188 CPU, not the RK3188T, and the AP6210 wifi chip.

I've gone back to the stock kernel and ROM on my J22. Repeated attempts to load Finless' 2.0 Kitkat Beta, Finless' 4.2.2 AP6210 1.6b, and Neomode's 1.7 Hybrid with numerous recommended kernels either failed to load, or failed to access wi-fi and Bluetooth, or had screen flickering.

The stock kernel and ROM run without flickering, and wi-fi and Bluetooth work. I've installed CWM recovery to replace the stock recovery.

I am searching for a stable wifi 720 kernel + rom, which one did you use?
