Thank you for the USB flashing link. Do I have to download the firmware first, or will the new firmware image appear when I install the usb burning tool and connect the box to my pc?

We did:

1, add navigator and status bar,
2, add APP store.

When I tried to download the firmware in my browser, it starts to download, and then it says “Failed” in the progress bar. It gets about half way done downloading, and repeatedly says “Failed.” What should I do now?
*Update: I was able to download it after trying it several times. Is this firmware 7.1.2?

Thanks for this. Since the new firmware for Mini M8S Pro you provided is a .img file, how do I update it to a .zip file for the no erase data method?
