Hello,
I am stuck. I flashed my TX8 box with USB Burning Tool but I flashed the bootloader because I could not do otherwise (Uboot blocked the flash if I do not erase the bootloader). When the box starts, I'm directly on TWRP and I can not do anything else. I flashed with the stock of ROM tx8 but the box does not work anymore, it stays on recovery. What can I do?

According to what I know the method 'SD Card Maker' works very badly, sometimes I have created on the SD card with the new firmware a null file called 'update.zip' to force the update from the system application 'Update & Backup' GT1, but this only works with GT1 OTA updates.

The method that always works is 'PC USB Burn Tool Software' that allows you to completely replace the firmware with another one with different characteristics. In my TV Box I have to disconnect the HDMI cable to be able to update the firmware, and see the process from the PC.

At the top of page 1 it is written

This is Android TV it supports all variants of the GT1 + other q201 boxes, which means this firmware is much different to what these boxes ship with (Tablet UI)

My recommendation is that you download the Beelink GT1 Ultimate OEM firmware, and try to recover your device through SD Card Maker or PC USB Burn Tool Software.

So thank you for your help anyway, I did not think it was necessary that I'm using a Firmware of yours to get a little help. Unfortunately YouTube is causing a lot of people, today a guy said that YouTube caught his Mibox by forcing him to turn off the power. In the end I apologize, I was not really using your firmware. I asked for your help because I consider you a charismatic developer.

I can't help because I don't know anything about other roms mate as I've not looked at them and been away from here for a while.
Also have nothing to go off as no logs or anything have been uploaded..

I only know is its not happening on this firmware without the update. I don't have a box at hand to check either and no one has uploaded any logs.

Hi tillaz87 can you give me a Help? My device was often having issues with YouTube, so I uninstalled the update. I went to watch yesterday and locked the box so I hung up. I went to watch YouTube again today and locked the box so I hung up. To my surprise it did not start any more, at some point showed the Nexus Logo and in other bao showed nothing. I tried to flash some firmware here with SD Card (I always did so) and it's no problem, the flash does not start. Any idea?

Going off this post you were not using this firmware when the freezing started as this has a "Google Logo" not nexus like mentioned above, and in your video.
I can really only talk for my own ROM no idea about others, the base version of YouTube could be diff in that firmware as well as many other things.

Youtube is working fine with the update uninstalled on this firmware for my old box (GT1). they use it mainly for Youtube

Looking at your video your not using this rom mate... that nexus splash screen is from magendanz rom

If, I tried with several Firmware that I had saved, including with some OEM like Vorke which is fully supported by my device.

Also just because your box freezes when using YouTube does not mean its actually YouTube that is the problem, it could just be triggering the hardware to fail.
Take the AX12 batch with faulty GPU for example all 3D games would make the device lock up / freeze

Surely more people would have reported this by now if it wasn't something on your end? sure you stopped it updating automatically??

The problem of crashing the whole system was just when I deactivated the YouTube update and left the version that was in the box by default. It used to give some problems in playback but not a total system crash.

No, idea sounds like some hardware died. All I can suggest is flashing with burntool as I've never used card method before.

Anyone tried this on H96 PRO plus S912 (green mothernoard)? if its q201 board it should work
