Tweaks V1 Enable Backdrop Screen Saver:

• 1. Settings -> Screen Saver
• 2. Inside press "Screen saver" and chose "Backdrop"
• 3. After that go back and in "When to start" choose the time that you want the screen saver to kick in!
• 4. Dont touch "Put device to sleep".
• If you guys want to try it press "Start now"

Bugs V1:

• Don't try Magisk, it wont work!
• Sorry this box cant handle ok 1080p Ui... it gets to laggy and have audio sync problems because of it.
• Possible more Bugs...

Yes Because they made this rom as TV build and they forced it, and i cant change it!
Use the menu button on the remote it should bring the menu!

Another thing i dont have this box.. this was done blind...............

Well that is odd, try disabling Rkcodec in FTMC.
Autostart i never used, in the launcher theirs a autostart feature, try it is in the launcher settings.
Yes is the Pro that i have!

Hi, all.

I know this isn't a support thread. But ehm...

I installed correctly (i think), both Driver Assistant 4.4 and Rockchip BatchTool 1.8

Thank flashed the SCV1 Firmware with no errors at all.

But restarting the box i see the 4 coloured ball bouncing for 8 hours (it's way more than 5 minutes )

What's wrong ?

Should only take about 6 minutes....and be there
Reflash I suggest...

As soon as you see job completed, in tool green ok done in tool unplug USB then plug in power pack etc to reboot.

thanks trebor . I tried two times but with the same results. I'll try again tonight and post some screen to clear my situation. It's quite strange.
Should i try with AndroidTool instead of Rockchip Batch Tool ?

trebor. Eventually i installed the SCV1, i flashed and reflashed many times, using also some stock .img. I now have a working box.

Guest :
1)I can confirm that Amazon Prime Video APP doesn't work (maybe it's Amazon's fault) . A good workaround is to use google chrome asking for the "desktop version". Better than nothing.
2) Netflix is quite laggy.
3) When on the first boot i select "ITALIAN" as language, i receive JAPANESE/CHINESE. This is a bug, i think

Hi! Today i recived my new Z28 but now i need your help.
I installed this rom in the tv box and i started it, but wifi conection dont works so i decided to do a second installation to try to fix it. But it doesnt work... wifi still bad... i thought i can do a wipe in the settings screen so i did that. Tv box reestart but wifi still failed so finally, i decided to abort this rom and install one official update.
I start the RKBatch-tool 1.8, i charge the .img official, i press on restore and suddenly appear a message: CANT LOAD IMAGE, the message was in red... i clicked on exit.
The problem is that i tried to conect the z28 to the program to try to do a second time but program dont recognize tv box now..... i conect the tv box to the tv and electricity cable and ONLY turn on 2 lights, blue and red... (i remember when android is loading was only blue light)
So, now i have a tv box that i think dont have any operative system installed, that cant connect to the RKBatch-tool 1.8 and when i press the reset button to enter recovery mode, it doesent start....
i dont know what to do, please help!!

Hi, superceleron! Thank You for ROM. BUT now some Z28 equipped by another wifi module SSV6051P. ROM works fine exclude wifi. Can You correct ROM for this module?
