I tried x96 base firmware too but failed. I thing the boot loader is locked

I think they used the modified uboot for this device and as I bought it from local store so there is no way to contact the original seller of this device. Please help me. Yours is completely different H/W, never seen a box with a single Ram, Is it 1GB OR 2GB Ram?, try X96 older model. it has s905x chip. X96 Only, Not X96 Mini.

I dont know, Im really a noob with this devices, how do I know how to do what you tell me to post it?

The firmware version can be found under settings.You can see from the small video posted at the start of this thread where to see it.

You will have to open up the box to check the components on the board. Again, see the first posts on this thread where you can find a teardown showing all the components on the board and what names they have.

x96mini giving solid red light only .i'm trying to flash it with almost all usb burning tools but stuck on 1 % romcode/initialize ddr/download buffer/read item data failed error
and device is detected through nand short pins.
