There is no V3 800mhz.. just 400 and 500. The 800mhz is for V1 only. Please let me know if I have something labeled incorrectly.
If my work benefits you and you want to help out the cause, feel free to

Hi people. I've tested the rom. I sometimes get wifi drops, but also have the problem that i can not click on the install button if i want to install apk's that i've downloaded. I've read about these screen overlays that are there for safety reasons, but i cant find this option anywhere to disable it. Which of the built in apps causes this? Or where can i switch this off?

          wich driver for mk908 v3 ?

          Bonjour !
          This is my first thread.
I've recently purchased a mk908 and it's a v3. I would like to instal the [MK908-android.4.2.2.jjhmod.universal.v2.01] of hoabyscr but I can't flash the rom since I 've never instal any driver yet and the the flashing tool can't recognize it, and there is no driver in the firmware zip of hoabyscr.
SO, my question is which driver should I instal before flashing the rom. ( for instance can I use the driver that comes with this firmware [MK908 Android 4.2.2 "Official" - Finless ROM 1.5] or should I use something else.

What's funny is that 2weeks ago I din't know anything about, firmeware or kernel.
Now I'm flasing, downloading rom, talking like a geek, ect..

          Merci d'avance !

            1. You better go with http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.p...-Rom-Download!. the updated version - there are v3 kernels in the folder.
Or at least read through the thread

            2. You can use the drivers from finless package as the readme file from there.(Worked for me)
            .
            3. Good luck

              Rebonjour !

My mk 908 works fine with the v2.1 . But, when I try to flash the updated version v2.2 erase/run goes well, it start to boot and then I have a black screen (???) I plug/unplug it but there is still the black screen.

              I've tried it with kernel v3 1080/400ghz and root 1080 and kernel v3 1080/500ghz root 1080 .

              What should i do ?

              Merci d'avance !

Try the V1 kernels. For some reason mine (v3) works fine with both of them. In fact I was sure that i'm having V1 stick until I have it open .
Oh yeah, I'm using the 720 kernels ....

Doesn't work with the v1 either . I mean, the run is ok for each kernel it starts to boot (I can see the andriod logo on the screen but then blackout ! Nada. It's too bad I've full hd screen and It pretty useless, without the 1080p kernel.

                    I'll stay with the v2.01 720p...

Thank you guys for all the hard work !

I have tried 4 diff roms for the 908 i have and i either end up with a google tv screen that just boots over and over or a black screen or i did get a screen with some text and the android dude and it was updating then it went to black screen.

What am i doing wrong here?

Still just a black screen same as the others. Everyone makes it seem like its so easy to flash these things but i have had nothing working. had a mk809 i tried but it wouldnt even register on the computer now this one boots but either just reboots the main screen over and over or gives a black screen.

                          Any ideas?

809 is a clone no clue probably won't run a custom rom ever
you need to Open your MK908 and take pictures and note the build date on the reverse side of the pcb their is a LOT of mistabled clones floating around odds are you bought one so their is nothing we can do
