I can't do anything with the above error. There is no information that indicates a successful connection between the box and the PC, nor about the percentage progress during the burn process.
I will write a script that removes the key protection of the eMMC memory and resets the eMMC to its delivery state. You then have to test the new bootloader first..

There is successful connection, then I load the .img file and press start, but the flashing process stops after 5 seconds in the first step.

Which version you suggest? I've tried v2.1.6, v2.1.7.3, v2.2.0. I have no problem flashing this boxes firmware with v2.2.0. I've been using that for a while with other boxes and it's always worked

This is a Windows problem. Try a different UBT version
