Open Android Tool
first unselect all
replace one by one clicking on the end of each file (this open file dialog box)
after you replace each file put the mark again
when you have finish replacing oll files with the new ones click on run

I get failcheck error after flashing rom, but Android bootet correctly.
For now problem is there are no google apps (Play Services, Play Store, Framework, etc...)
tried to download and install by myself but without luck getting error : play services has stoped and playstore wont open.
This Rom comes without root, maybe this causes bad framework and google services installation.

Mecool uses beta firmware full of bugs.

I found an alternative firmware on Mecool VS-RK3399, this is firmware from Magicsee N6 Max, Android 7.1.2
HDMI work
USB 2.0 work
USB 3.0 work
WiFi work
Bluetooth work
LAN work
MicroCD work
Remote controller NOT work
Optical output NOT work
I did not check the rest...

This firmware works fine for me !!!
Do not forget to install a good cooling radiator, otherwise the processor will slow down from overheating !!!

MECOOL-VS-RK3399 is bad tvbox hmdmi connection get broken but for 2 years ago i bought H96 MAX RK3399 very stabil hardware good for kodi and the firmwares are already rooted and working also with firmware boxes like

Yundoo Y8 actualy i use AlfawiseH96Max firmware very good
