The 20181024 Firmware works great on my X99 rk3399 tv box. Use the RK android tool v2.43 UPGRADE FIRMWARE TAB. need the 3.0 small USB cable and the USB to USB big cable to work.
Make sure you plug the small USB cable into the 2.0 USB on your computer. Haven't had any issues with the firmware at all.

restore in MaskRomMode with Stockrom , you can find here , also use the latest

yaa but due wifi not working i flashed with EBox R99 7.1.2 firmware by Rockchip Create Upgrade Disk Tool v1.53

after flashing X99 not working anymore I tried many firmware by using :
1-Rockchip Create Upgrade Disk Tool v1.53
2- AndroidTool_Release
3-RockChip_Batch_Tool

so you flashed N6 Rom to your X99 , correct ??? , only chance is to flash new ,

what happend when you connect to Flashtool & PC , any reaction of Tool ??? ,

you only can try to restore in MaskRomMode , but please first some more Info

about "brick" flash with N6 Rom ,

no, my h96 max only works Magicsee N6 Max firmware nice c port usb3 port we are not working only on the led I'm not playing the game only film streaming kodi

so the N6 Rom runs well , but no Ports are working , correct , you not

need them , if it is no problem for you then it is okay , think your Box is

DDR3 too , maybe DDR4 is backwards compatible , but i think it is not

the same reverse , that why User "madji" bricked his Box ,

You guys do not flashed your Boxes with those unknown ROMs(even StockROM or different kind of ROMs as well)!!

For example>>N6 MAX;"Type-C Port" doesnt work!
Such as if you flashed your Box with N6 FW than Type-C Port may not work!

RK3399 Boxes does not easy/simple flashing with other ROMs or convertible etc., !!

FYI;do not flashed with 20181217(N6 MAX FW) cause of a lot of BUGs/Issues etc.,!!

and mine FW dated(now) 20181217

I'v N6 MAX this device BUG champ!

Before I'v used(about months) X99 and sold it!
And got fm GB partial-refund($ 42)

RK3399 very good but all RK3399 devices a lot of issues and never fix it!
