UPDATE: So the box runs off the SD CARD, the image isn't flashed to the BOX.....sorta weird....like having 2 systems on the box.
Wish there was a way to flash it to the box....looks like it runs pretty GOOD.

Etcher is a SDBoot Tool , not sure if the .img can be flashed with PCTool , big File , but normal it must work , did you tried to flash it with Tools ??? ,

So you must write the firmware with etcher to a micro-sd card or a removable emmc and attach it to your boards empty slot.
Rockchip tools can't flash these images.

sounds not nice , would be better to use it on internal , the File is 4.5GB big , it is a .img File ,

If you can make an IMG file for a SD card seems someone could make one for the internal flash IMG file....wish I knew how.
