Hey there is another way I just found out, you boot to TWRP recovery, go to mount check system and sdcard go back to mainmenu then click advanced then click file manager navigate to system copy builprop to sdcard edit it on windows or some text editor remove or correct the line you added save to sdcard boot to TWRP again then mount system and sdcard go back to mainmenu many then advanced then file manager then sdcard copy the builprop you edited to replace the one on system reboot your done

I think that I did it well. After choose that option it shows the A95X logo on gthe tv, like "stucked" in there, right?

Mate if you are getting trouble doing this I can send you a TWRP recovery for you to make a backup and send that backup to me then I will fix it for you and send you the backup fixed

That was a fast response. I was looking for a zip file. How did you combine all those files into one zip?? thanks.

When I downloaded the file, it downloaded it as a zip file. Copied this zip file to the root of a pen drive. Inserted the pen drive into my box, (TWRP also on pen drive). Opened the update app from within Android and selected TWRP. TWRP opened and with I selected "restore" it can't find the zip file that is on the pen drive, that is connected to my OTG port on the box. When I chose "install" from TWRP, it shows up.......

Any more ideas???

Should I name the zip file something special, like update or something???

Right now, I am running the Mecool M8S Pro W on my box. I am making a backup using TWRP, and then I will compare the files in both backups and try swapping files to see if that will work.

Got back to stock firmware, thanks to Brunomsg for providing the TWRP backup. HOWEVER, I think I lost my Widevine DRM level 1 keys forever by using the procedure that I used.

TWRP would NOT install his backup as it was, so I had to make some mods. I used TWRP to make a backup of my existing firmware, then I copied all of the files from his download, to my newly created backup file. Then using that modded backup, TWRP saw it and restored it. Now it appears that I am back to the firmware that the box shipped with.

But, since I used his files, including the boot, bootloader, recovery, etc. files, I was concerned that I would lose the DRM keys, and it appears that I did, and they will be gone forever...
