What is this?
Is very simple, if you have your cwm recovery installed you can use this zip to flash other kernel.img, a system.img from other rom, other boot.img or any combinations, for example flash a boot and a kernel; a boot.img and system.img, or a complete rom (boot.img;kernel.img and system.img).
How can I use it?
You need to select what files you want to flash drag and drop them inside the zip, YOU DON'T HAVE TO UNZIP IT, ONLY DRAG&DROP THE IMG FILES INSIDE.
In windows you need to have winrar(pay app) or 7Zip(http://www.7-zip.org/) installed in your windows, files added by windows unzipper will fail.
In Linux you can use The gnome Archive manager.
kernel have to had the name kernel.img
boot have to had the name boot.img
system have to had the name system.img
Only drag and drop inside the zip the file you want to flash with the correct names.
Some examples:
1. You want to flash Finless 1.6 for T428 at 1080p. And don't want to use the pc, you can unzip the Bob Finless rom, take from it boot1080p.img; kernel1080p.img and system.img.
Then you rename:
boot1080p.img-->boot.img
kernel1080p.img-->kernel.img
system.img don't need to be renamed, it has the right name

Now we got the zip, and we Drag&drop the files inside the zip. We boot in recovery mode and select install zip from sdcard (external sdcard, depending where you have the zip) then we select the zip and thats all. (see recommendations in this post)
2. Now we want to test a great new kernel made by hoaby for our device, but we don't want to connect the stick to the pc, enter in bootloader mode and use the pc to flash it, so lets download the kernel made by hoaby called kernel-videofixed.img, rename it to kernel.img, drag&drop it to the zip, enter in recovery mode, and flash it, reboot and you got it

3. We are using leolas-rom for qx1, but leolas (am I?

The bad:
We cant resize partitions using cwm (at least I didn't discover how do it, and I tried it a lot of times). So the img files must be equal or smaller that the destination partition, we cant flash a 10,6Mb kernel.img in a 9Mb partition. Usually it will not happens, partitions usually are bigger enough, but I want to advice you.
We can flash only boot.img, system.img kernel.img, we cant flash the loader, format the nand, resize partitions, so if you want to use a 2Gb for the app partion and you have actually only 1Gb. You need to use the pc for resize it.
If we need to hard format nand, we need to use the pc too.
Recomendations.
Allways make a nandroid backup on an external sdcard before flash anything, with it, you can restore your device to the initial state without any problems.
When we change the full rom I suggest to do a wipe data/factory reset after flash the rom using cwm, if not we are mixing data and configurations from the old rom in the new rom. It can work, but it can lags, fc, etc...
If you only flash a new kernel or boot.img, usually this is not necessary, but if you experiment some strange lags, or force close in apps, at least wipe cache and dalvick cache (in advanced options), if the force close or lag continue, sorry but a factory reset will be the solution.
Wiping cache and dalvick you dont loose the apps installed in your device, but after a wipe data/factory reset you will loose them.
I suggest you made a copy of the zip file and keep the original zip, try dont to flash first a kernel, after a system, etc ... Use it, and then to make other task use other copy of the original zip.
Enjoy, and if I can help only tell me. Of course, feedback if you can please, and if you found some corrections or contributions, they will be always welcome
