    And totally stomp on stock 005 imo. Will test some more tv apps Netflix ect tomorrow.
    Ok how is it compared to strauzo's SDK2 Nexus rom?

      With this little testing hard to be sure. But with Archos and hobbit clip this is better for sure.

          It seems like a great rom (I could say the best, but I haven tried it yet) hope that when my x7 comes everythig will work perfect. thx for your great work

          btw, you guys surprised me I thought It would take more days for this rom to be released

            First stable 1080p ROM I've used.

            kernel_phja_1080_vsfsam_cpu1704h_gpu600_ddr720 about 20000 Antutu.

            I use K-R42 with letest Levy Hybrid ROM. (Perfect 1080p playback).
            Now I have NEO X7 also. I tried every 1080p kernel with Finless 1.5a, Lewy, Stock with 1080p kernel.
            Antutu ok. Stress test ok. Random reeboots.

            This one is first stable for me. Any reason why?

              Been testing for hours now.
              Looks like we got a winner guys.
              All is well..., no crashes or reboots.

                Update:
                Added some additional kernels with all combinations between CPU 1608/1704/1800 and DDR 667/720/800: (optional download!)

                ROM -> Minix Neo X7 - Android 4.2.2 - Finless 1.6 ROM additional kernels (75 megs)

                Trhuster: can you try both cpu1704_ddr800 and cpu1800_ddr720 to see if cpu or ddr is the bottleneck for you?

                  Yes i will do it. I watched 3 episodes californiacation late night and wife missed me going to bed becuase that is how exited i was! Archos is about 98% perfect for me and this is first time i am happy watching video with archos since i got the X7. It still have som glitch now and then using 60 Hz för 23.976 mkv video but we talk very MINOR things here now.

                  Fast test on Netflix is also promising but not perfect but i blame Netflix for that, will test more later.

                  Also for stablity no reboots or frezze all night.

                    Ok sorry to say I had my first crash and reboot. When watching madagascar 1920 x 1080p . in mx player .
                    Was changing the audio from english to dutch.
                    I am using the 720 kernel cpu 1800 ddr 800. Now I do the same and it plays fine.
                    Should I downgrade to less overclock?
                    On stock kernel i didnt had crashes will playing video ever....
                    Best regards

                      This is the first time I pushed a kernel up to 800mhz ram, there's not much margin left there.

                        What's the correct voltage setting for:

                        Code:
                        CONFIG_RK_DDR_800=y
                        CONFIG_RK_DDR_800_VOLT=????
                        I'd like to test this on my T428 (your additional kernel package didn't include the config files).

                          So i start to test kernel_phja_720_vsfsam_cpu1704h_gpu600_ddr800 because imo it is much harder to oc ddr than cpu in past oc tests i done over years with pc.

                          So far Antutu 20181 which is slightly less than with ddr720 suggest mabey ddr is to high. Anyway i start same video in archos as last time it rebooted and see how it goes.

                          Sidnote, i used A2 airmouse when it rebooted first time and it is some kind off bug when used with X7 (ironic). It just stops working some times and most often after it goes down in sleep mode. Only way to get it working is to reboot X7 and it is same in stock 005.

                          However A2 works perfekt with MK808 (ironic again).

                          But mabey it also casues instablity for X7, i don't use it in these tests no more.

                          EDIT: Played video for 30 minutes and no problem.

                            667 = 1200
                            720 = 1200
                            800 = 1250

                            I will try to add these to marvin in my github repo soon.

                              So i start to test kernel_phja_720_vsfsam_cpu1800h_gpu600_ddr720.

                              Antutu 20951 which is lowest score so far.

                              Vill edit video test results after 30 minutes.

                              Edit: Video after 10 minutes shut down box, no reboot. So i guess my cpu is not very good or need more power, using stock power brick.

                              Edit2: Happend again.

                                The stock PSU of the X7 is very good, at least the EU plug one I got. The voltage was over 5v and under load dropped to just around 5v. A big contrast to the stock PSU of the T428 which easily drops to 4.5v and lower.

                                Just try some different combinations, or even the non-overclocked vsfsam version. I'm currently running that one as I do not need the extra cpu power on 720p.
