How about gaming tests with these kernels?

Okay, I have kernel_phja_1080_vsfsam_cpu1704h_gpu600_ddr720 flashed with the large icons boot (no airpin) and everything is looking good. I used Titanium backup to restore my apps and that went well (my 1st time to try that).

Antutu = 19259, passed the stability test with very small variations in temp, stayed cool to the touch (about the same as always).

I am in the process of reloading XBMC, apparantly some stuff didn't get completely restored by Titanium, but I need the practice... hehehe...

Overall, I am very happy. Fast, stable, no crashes. Brilliant work guys!!

Any ideas how this ROM compares with Strauzos Nexus? I've been using that with phjs kernel and for me its pretty much perfect. The only thing I've noticed is lag in the ROM after I've installed a lot of apps etc but I think that's normal with Android.

No idea. I have been exclusively using 1.4a Finless until this upgrade... never tried the Strauzo rom. I was put off because it didn't support some external devices like the A2 mouse, etc. So I just waited for a better Finless rom to appear... and now it has, in spades!

Hi, i install this ROM but i can't hear the audio from my MELE F10 PRO. With the 1.5 i can route the audio, but with this 1.6 when i select the audio from the USB i don't hear anything.

Can you help me with this issue??

                            Thanks

This may sound silly, but I noticed that this rom turned the volume all the way down. I had to get out of xbmc and turn up the volume manually (this seems to also reset to 0 after a reboot... so I have to manually bump it up after any reboot).

Might not be your issue, but I sure felt dumb when I discovered it.

This rom doesn't seem to be able to find network shares on my Windows PC. On the old 1.4a, when I would ask XBMC to add a network source, it would prompt me for "WORKGROUP", but not any longer. So all my Windows shares are acting like the X7 is not part of the WORKGROUP. So it is being shut out. It used to work, but not any longer. UPnP stuff still works okay... it doesn't seem to need WORKGROUP. I can't find anyway to set it in the Android settings... I wonder how it worked before??

I have read on Google that I need an0ther app, something like cifs manager, or something like that. I guess I will try it, but seems like I didn't need it before this rom.

                                Any ideas?

EDIT: I found the problem. Pilot error. Everything is working fine now!\
