I think I will wait until Mecool comes out with there version of boxes with the Amlogic S922X SoC. They are getting closer to providing a Google Certified box that actually works as a media player.

1. Is the 922x chipset the first to support HLG?
2. Any info on Dolby Vision support?
3. Does the built-in media player support external audio track? If not, any one you would recommend? (I don't think kodi does it, am I right?)
4. Does it support external aas and sup subtitle?

1. No, RK3328, RK3399, S905X2 also supports HLG
2. Not supported, requires a license and can only work in Netflix if the device is Netflix Certified and runs AndroidTV.
3, 4. Probably or you can use Kodi for that.

Also, I was under the impression kodi has stopped supporting new amlogic processors?

Test Kodi on your phone or another media player and check some sample videos of yours with those subtitles if it works.
If it works, it will work on any device.
Yes, Kodi will stop supporting legacy Amlogic kernels from Kodi 19 onwards but you can still use it for basic video playback.

I do not like it this price!!

I do not rush and I'll wait couple of days,especially wanna to see and check UGOOS price too

We knew it such as "RK3399" price and performance! even this Box pricey too! and definitely not wort
against of their problematic "firmwares"!

And who knows S922X firmware performance and stability!

Before I got GT1 Ultimate(last year) worst FW,very bad InternetSpeed(WiFi&Ethernet) and lot of BUGs too!
I do not trust Beelink Co.

But if Freaktab masters give us approval then sure its OK!!

"AML" 9xx ...... and 922 is not RK3399! and they offer $ 115/120
