Since yesterday my HK1 Play has red stripes on the image, I already installed this 4GB rom without root and the 2 problems continue (USB does not load data and red stripes on the image), can anyone help me, I do not know what else to do.

Here at home the power went out twice yesterday and after that my TV Box HK1 Play stopped recognizing any device in the two USB inputs, already tested pen-drive (it turns on a led) but not the data only the USB drawing, air mouse remote control nothing happens, usb wired mouse does not work, thought it had burned, but the two USB inputs have power, what do I do??? Does the firmware exist version 4/32, 64, 128GB??? I just found the firmware version 2/16 GB, my HK1 Play is version 4/128GB.

The seller gave me stock firmware 4/32 but unrooted ...
