Comes prerooted, I do not know wether it can be unrooted. I had the S905w h96mini+ and MAGISK always refused since "bootimage has been patched by unsupported program".

Easy to unbrick though...EMMC pins are reachable, cover easily detachable.

    LPDDR4 Ram
2GB unit does not have bluetooth Chip!
Box bricked after su removed. Stock firmware unlikely to be rooted with Magisk

    Available firmwares

Did not found dedicated HK1 Play 2GB fw but found compatible ones:

    X96Max_P_S905X2_2G_190619.rar

Yes with the spider! I guess so. 2nd on backside there is a small notice with 8189 written on it.

On atvxperience Nayam wrote that there might be an equal to this meaning that another driver wirks with that chip too.

Btw which one is RT8189 chip? I suspected it is the small one with spider like logo on it. Is it really 8189 written on that chip? It is hard to find any fw with this chip

    twrp.u211-3.2.3-1-signed.zip

    Or version 3.2.2 ?

    HK1Play is u213 ....
    Freaktab back alive

Use 322 to install 323-1, both are working, install 323-1 as recovery img, it will fail if you install as zip
