If u just try to use different system.img from other devices with the mk802iv kernel you will see that there are more than 10 roms. For some time i used lewy mk908 rom and it was stable but no Bluetooth everythin else great then x7 roms or t428 an the list goes on

As I mentioned before, I have been using this 1.7 ROM with my CX-919 without any problems, but sometimes I had found that the NAND memory, my 32GB MicroSD Card and my Logitech Unified USB Adapter (for K700 Keyboard), are automatically unmounted, without any reason, and have to mount NAND and my MicroSD again.

The system works ok for hours without crash, but I am having this NAND and ext.microSD unmount problems two or four times a day...

Please Neomode, can you test these little NAND/Ext-MicroSD-Card problems, and if possible make a Fix to include it in the next release?

I would install WiFi Analyzer to ensure you aren't using a wireless channel already occupied by others in the vicinity. Too much cross-talk from other wireless signals will interfere with data transfer speeds even though you may look to have good signal strength. Interference will also be caused if the TV stick is surrounded by other electronics and heavy power consumption devices. They can cause electromagnetic interference, slowing and sometimes crippling your connection.

Well, the problem is the case of the stick
I tested it playing stick first closed and then open.
theese are results:
closed case....down 450 kb, up 300kb
open case.....down 3.8 mb, up 1.2mb.

Now, i have 2 solutions:
1) Stick ---usb to lan adpter---wifi repeater, i would use an ethernet cable from the repeater to stick and i have to set wifi repeater in client mode. Is it correct?
2) To exstract internal antenna from the stick and leave it out of the case but i'm not sure to be capable to do it.

please someone can help me? with closed case i can't use the stick,

Stuck on Neomode Hybrid Rom 1.7 - Help please.

Hi guys! First post.

I misstakenly flashed this from on a MK809 III with the old WiFi adapter and now I'm stuck.
I can't flash anything else because the flash tool refuses to recognize my device as annyything other than an Nexus 7?

I really want to flash 1.5 version for old wifi. Anyone had this problem?

The Device is spoofed as Nexus 7 tho no problem. Bring it in Flash Mode and Reflash it.

Question for Neomode

Hi Neo,

To make a test, used the stock rom for MK802 IV and I replaced build.prop by yours.
Now when I go to settings, I see Nexus7 from google as device.

I Cleared, cache and data of Google Play, re-input my google account, but many apps stills not compatible.
such as Air Droid or UC Browser for Tablets.

What should I change to get it working? I am asking if there is another thing to do after chnaging build.prop and clearing Google Play.

Hey, how do I change kernel for video playback on the new original firmware from Rikomagic MK802 IV, when only one image? For all other modified firmware you are here my system when I try to play Flash video on the Internet, constantly falls. Thanks for your help.

To do this you must unpack the update img. Then you have the separate Files.
After this you must cut out the kernel from boot.img and then you can flash it with the different kernel.
