[ROM] Mod: HK1 X3 / H96 max X3 / VONTAR X3 / Transpeed X3 Air / Bqeel Y8 Max (Amlogic S905X3)

Until recently the HK1 Box was solely with 1gb LAN, as are all the TVboxes of the same "family" (i.e. H96 max X3, Vontar X3, Bqeel Y8 max, Transpeed X3 Air etc).
Unfortunately lately there are some versions of it with only 100MB Lan !!!!!!
If you are the unlucky owner of such a HK1 Box with 100MB Lan, better do not try this rom.................

**** Edit : In case you actually own an HK1 Box with 100MB Lan and you have a problem after trying to use an uncompatible custom rom, here is the stock firmware for this HK1 Box:

I can assure you these are not 100mbps.
I go through about 25-30 of these a week. they are 1gb ethernet.
this firmware works fine on them.

Before installing it on my HK1 Box (see picture below), I would like to confirm if I can actually do it, as I have read that my box has 100Mbps Ethernet (and not 1000Mbps like the others) and this may be a problem. Does this rom remove the Boot from SD card option? Newer base roms stop the box booting things like EmuElec from SD card... I need a good rom for HK1 X3 WITH SDcard support

As I already answered you in XDA, using this rom you easily boot from sd card Coreelec, Emuelec, Armbian etc. No problem at all.

Maybe my friend webipsum will better help you in this, as I think he already tried the conversion AOSP to ATV through the magisk module. I never prefered ATV versions, so never tried it. So better send a private message to him.

For anybody that is using my custom rom (which is AOSP version) and needs the same in ATV version, it seems that this is now possible without the need to make a new installation !!!!

All you have to do is use an ugoos module (as a Magisk module) which will automatically convert your version from AOSP to ATV.

And since you already have Magisk preinstalled all you have to do is use the following module:

Important Note: As I never liked ATV versions I have not tested this tranformation by myself, but according to information it has no side effects. If anybody will try it please report about it. You are always advised to have a good TWRP backup before you do any attempt (at least of Boot, System, Vendor and Data partitions).

I see every photo I have given you. I can follow every link I have given you. I used both my laptop and my smartphone. No problem to both of them. If you have some restrictions from your provider, or the PC you use etc I don't know.
