Actually, this box performs quite well and does everything I expect it to do. Everyone uses these boxes differently.

I do not find any proper/releated menu function to fix this

Picture quality on HDR 10 that was Spectacular !!!!
You are still Testing VC-1 playback i see in Kodi Interface
Looked like that was an VC-1 MKV INterlaced ...
In the old days with Kodi turn off Hardware decoding Worked/ helped with
Have you ever tested Different Media PLayer?

Yes, sometimes turning off the hardware decoding does work under Kodi with an SoC that is powerful enough to transcode it. I have not tried it with this box, but it MAY work, I had forgotten about that solution under Kodi.MK818B, T428, ATV 1220, CS918S, TV01, S89H, R89, ADT-1, MK808B Plus, MINIX X8-H Plus, Tronsmart Orion R68

my VC-1 files is 1080p - Frame-rate; 59,xxx and its plays OK with "MX Player" BUT failed to play with KODI !!
Kodi opened the file than freeze/stop/lagy so on.... so,KODI doesnt play
BTW Default device Media Player;it plays! without any issue
But might be frame-rate;23/24.xxx wont play(I did not try yet)
Note;might be KODI will play if you disabled/off HW+ decoding!
I prefer Kodi for audio only
I prefer MX for video only, but audio is not good too
++
and awaiting firmware/update !

This Box uses Android TV OS Build
It is/ has a different version of Play Store...
So just use preinstalled APKPure app
Search Brave
Install
Should be good to go
Testing now

Keep in mind guys;dont change the version of "PlayStore" because of the installed new version doesnt compatible with yr device!
So,select "ignore"!(for the PlayStore installation)
Since last year to now on;seems that all Andro-10 and 11 Boxes has little bit problematic!
Andro-9 is OK(with Root or w/o Root)
But Andro-10/11(with pre-rooted or not)kinda problematic!
I hvnt any clear idea for upcoming such as "Andro-12" has more stable&efficieny then 10&11 ???

All eyes seem to be on the new RK3688 SOC, which from what has been seen so far is a beast out of the box and a quantum leap ahead.
Open source development on the S905X4 is reportedly likely dead on arrival because of the bootloader being locked (the next S912 as somebody put it), so may perhaps not be as popular as hoped.R-TV BOX S10, Beebox N3150, Chuwi Hibox, Nvidia Shield, A95X Max
