take the latest build from http://xbmc.org/download/
it's "frodo" 12.3, works great for me. 13 beta crashed every few minutes.

USB2/USB3 to Giga ethernet adaptator

I first post this message to the thread related to the finless 1.7a and the mk908 device.

so ...

very new owner of the tronsmart MK908II, I'd like to know if the finless 1.7a ROM includes the ASIX AX88178 and AX88179 drivers. It is the USB2/USB3 to Giga ethernet adaptator.

If it is not the case, do you plan to include them in your next ROM ? with a KitKat distrib ?

it will be very nice ;o)

OK download this update.zip
Make sure in google drive you use the upper left menu to download the zip NOT the files within.
e.g file menu then download

Put this on your internal SDcard or on an external micro SDcard.
To put it on internal in settings turn on USB storage.
Open you My Computer icon on your PC and open the AOSP device. If tis doesn't show up then in settings, storage, click the 3 dots in the upper right and change it to Mass Storage. Now an internal SDcard should show up on your PC.
Copy the update.zip there.
GO back into setting and turn off USB.
Wait a few seconds on the desktop and you should get a prompt that it found an update. Click yes to install it.
On reboot another prompt will ask you if you want to delete the update.zip from sdcard. Click yes so you don't keep getting nagged about the update. Note: click yes can take a few seconds after boot! Don't worry it's not stuck. Just wait for the system to settle down and the yes button should work.

Let me know if this fixes it.

I still try to know if the finless 1.7a ROM includes the ASIX AX88178 and AX88179 drivers.

These drivers support the USB2 and USB3 to Giga ethernet adaptator

Does anybody know ?

The chances are high your device IS a 3188t.... Check d33s kernels, they should tell you in dmesg if it is, T model or not

Just give a try to Beyond XBMC 3.3

Is there any 4.2.2 kernel? I thought that those are for kit kat rom.

Netflix works fine for me, just tried it to be sure - latest version.
