Kernel drivers for mk908ii touchscreen

Hi

Some time ago their was a discussion in this thread about .ko files to add virtual touchscreen support for 1.5. I tried using them but got bad exec errors from insmod. I guess its because they were for mk808.

Can someone post a link to the correct drivers for mk908ii?

I've tried this update yesterday for my MK908II, it's ok! But i've replaced only libinput.so from https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B9BF...=sharing&pli=1

Hi,i'm very sad, after trying to install this rom on my Tronsmart MK908II it's bricked, not recognized by my computer...it hapened to me before with an MK808B and i used your advise to put it in "MASK ROM mode ", but Tronsmart MK908II has a diff. nandflash and i don't know the pins to short (on MK808B was pin8 and 9)....PLEASE HELP ME FINLESS...tnx a lot in advance

It's in russian, but there is a picture. 7 and 8 or 8 and 9 pins have to be shorted, he can't say exactly.
(on MK808B was pin8 and 9).... I guess it's the same.

physical keyboard menu missing from settings

I found a problem in this rom. Seems that there is no physical keyboard menu in android settings/languages & input. I have connect my microsoft wireless keyboard+mouse combo in my MK908ii but there is no menu to access physical keyboard settings to be able to activate greek layout. The Keyboard is usable but only in english layout.

Custom Kernel help for mk908ii

I'm trying to build a custom kernel for mk908ii, but haven't found the right source/config to get it to work (mk908 sources don't work) -- I need to make a couple of small changes to one file to get it to work with a keknel module, any suggestions help would be greatly appreciated. The vsync kernel from this rom work well, I just need to tweak hid-core.c. I posted this question in a different thread, and I got some good suggestions to look for j22 source trees, I haven't tried flashing a kernel I built based on that. I'm hoping Bob has some insights with how I can build a kernel based on the vsync 1080 kernel.

Is there a way to hide the navigation bar in this rom? Clicking the down arrow on the navigation bar works well in most apps but not in xbmc. So far the only way it works for xbmc is to delete systemui.apk. but then I also lose notifications and wallpaper.

This would be awesome!
Especially with software like ultimate dynamic navbar, where you can create your own navigation bar.
But I see one problem: you would also loose the notification bar....
