Hi, just a stupid question: can i flash this firmware on Ugoos UT1? Is the hardware different?

Can you flash it? yes, does it work well in your device? sorry not In the best case it will boot but you will not have wifi,bt, ethernet, etc...

Remote controller cannot pair

Thanks for the great ROM! It works well less one portion for me. While the stock remote works, there is no pointer on the screen and I have to scroll using the d-pad.

I tried to pair with the RII K25 Airmouse, but nothing seems to work. Can anyone help?

As I mentioned in the other thread you posted in... the Rii K25 is not bluetooth and doesn't need paired. It uses a USB 2.4Ghz wireless receiver that you must plug in... You must use the receiver that comes with the unit when it is new.

want to install this program, looks like something our family really wants, bought unit with finless 1.8 already installed , I think I can use finless program to over write using quickshot rom correct ?
can i add beyond xbmc also at same time of flashing ?

how would I add both programs when writing to minix neo 7 also should backup and how .

First... you want the latest version of Quickshot which is at the top of this forum area... v2. Since the finless version and the new Quickshot v2 could be using two different partition setups... follow the instructions they gave to flash it.

Beyond XMBC is an app that you install.... you don't flash it. You download it to your Neo x7 and run the APK file to install.

Backing up... The steps you take will depend on what is it exactly that you want backed up. There is the ROM which is the operating system and then there are the apps you have installed along with ( possibly ) the data. If it is just the ROM you are concerned with... just download another copy. If you want your apps you have installed later and/or the data... you need to use a program such as Titanium Backup and save the backups to an external SD card since all information, data and whatever that is on the internal partitions like the internal sdcard will be wiped when you flash another ROM.
