        I will post my post again and maybe you can read again what I wrote because I think you did not read it properly

        'Hi, yesterday I tried to order the MXQ pro from the flash sale for 18,74 euro. When I tried to pay via paypal I always had an issue. This was at 9pm CET.
        More than enough resources available in Paypal so that was not the issue.
        After 30minutes I gave up and was going to try again this morning as it said the deal was still valid for 2 days. Guess what. Page completely changed and also the price.
        It's not fair to 1 change the price (more than double) it now and to actually not being able to purchase it while it was in my shopping card while trying to pay.
        Please do the needful and warrant me this purchase at this price as included in the screenshot'

            Hi, I purchased the above tablet and Paid on the 7th December and when I check the site it says still processing why?
            I received an email from your support and they told me that there was other people in front of me and to wait until the end of the month, this is not what I paid for.
            If you didn't have it in stock it should have said on your AD.
            If I don't get an answer with the tracking number and shipping date I will be requesting a REFUND.

                      yesterday i ordered a chuwi hi8, which i want to use in germany. First i want to order it from your spain site but there it was not in stock, so i ordered at the china site.
                      But here i forgot to check if the charger has an eu plug. Cause i will use the chuwi hi8 in germany i need an eu plug charger. Can you tell me if it will has eu plug or not.

                          I purchased a CS-918 Plus on Feb 23, 2015. Your website says there is a 1 year warranty for failures not including disassembly/misuse. I can't locate the order on your website but I can find it on my PayPal.

                          Here is the real issue. The WiFi is sticking at "Searching for WiFi networks", It never completes. Downloading an app to analyze WiFi issues tells me that the wpa_supplicant.conf is INACTIVE. I tried doing a factory reset/recovery but the issue persists. I did mention that disassembly part because I had considered that it was getting hot or something and popped the cover off but never removed the PCB, just the plastic cover. What can I do with my device?
