So I contacted support wondering how long it would take to process my order and someone by the name of Dora responded asking for my order number. I gave her my order number and have not heard from her since. It's been 3 days. Is there anyone that can help?

Over the weekend I partially fixed a problem I have with the 2 defective boxes in Order #3273415. I told Amy that the matter was solved but now one of the boxes is still acting up, constant reboots etc. I've been having email server issues for the last few days, I don't know if my email about it not being resolved went through.
