RK3328_DC_H96_Max+_HS2734_9_20190313.1151 ....that worked for me...version 9 with Bluetooth....check post #195 i think that's the one i used that worked for me.

I have written it here perhaps ten times, I showed you a video and still make the same mistake!

You may not use for firmware android 9 the version Factory Tool 1.6 !!!!!!
You must use the version 1.64 !!! These are two different versions!
You must also install all drivers.

I successfully updated my box to Android 9 with this firmware : RK3328_DC_H96_Max+_HS2734_9_20190313.1151

I have several bugs, if you can please tell me if you got the same :

1. Only USA timezone are available
2. The device can list both 2,4 GHz and 5 GHz Wifi, but is unable to connect to 5 GHz (it's OK with Android 8.1)
3. No sound in Kodi (maybe codecs are missing ?)

Do you have the same bugs with Android 9 ?

Please, I also would like to now if there is another alternative firmware (from another manufacturer as they use the same SoC) or if there is a working TWRP for it.

Always use the latest AndroidTool to flash not old ones.
The latest is AndroidTool v2.67 and it supports Android Pie, older tools can't flash Oreo or Pie correctly and cause 'IDB loader' problems and risk bricking devices forever if wrong firmware is flashed.

Since windows do not recognize my TV box is useless

Windows won't show you the device! It only connects to the firmware program.
If you do not properly install drivers, it cannot connect. If drivers cannot be installed,
you must write here a mistake exactly , otherwise nobody you can't help.
