    Minix Neo X7

I am having trouble getting my X7 into flash mode at all. I am using Wasser 1.0.4 with cwm recovery installed. I have used driverassistant.exe to install drivers but I cannot get my X7 into flash mode. My device is not seen by RKFlashtool on windows Vista laptop or Windows 7 desktop. Does the CWM recovery prevent me from accessing official bootloader/download mode? Any help is more than appreciated.

I am really hoping to get XBMC running more stable then the Android version. I was hoping for an Openelec build but am very grateful that someone was able to get an Linux build running on the Rockchip! Thanks Linuxium and to anyone else involved!😊

      modify resolution

      Hi.
I have a monitor HD ready.
How may I modify the resolution of the display in the Xubuntu distro (downscaling, 1920 is too high for my monitor)?
      Thank you.

Old version of MK 802 IV

        Hi,
I have an MK 802 IV first release. Could and should the boot be modified accordingly?
        Thank you.

          Wifi

          I must repeat:

I am the unlucky owner of a MK 802 IV first edition.

          As you say:

          quote
          Rikomagic MK802IV (latest model) - https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B99...jVLSHlhQXVnX0k
          unquote

how may do? I have done the procedure several times and surely it works. But the Wifi seems disappeared also on the side Android.
I have tried to connect an usb Wifi transmitter, but it does not work. Almost, it is lighted, but is not seen by Xububtu. Also an Ethernet usb pen could not reach the goal of having an Internet connection.

I am thinking to throw in the trash the "MK 802 IV first edition" but it should be really a pity.

I am new to subject about running Linux and Android on Android Box--but woould like to learn it. Wanted to ask you such questions:

I have CS968 Android Box with Rockchip Rk3188 box.

Also I heard lately that manufacturers found way to make firmware with Dual boot like for example here:

There has been several Ubuntu images released for Rockchip RK3288 based devices, even dual boot Android / Ubuntu images, first thanks to Ian Morrison who

What interests me is this---Is it possible to have the same Dual boot as on Ugoo box on CS968 box?

Also are there any tutorial to do dual boot for CS968 device?

Have anyone alreay tried to install to CS968 device Linux?

How quickly runs Linux on CS968 device? Are there hardware acceleration on CS968 in Linux?

Is there noone that has installed a linux build in a Minix neo X7 using this bootloader? Can anyone share an idea? I am hoping for a openelec build but think that kodi would run better on any linux version compared to android
