Could you please take a look on m8pro kitkat kernel about miracast? because that kernel is working properly with X5 dongle.
Just to see if there is something useful to be used into m6pro kitkat future kernel...

Someone tells that in last M9 Pro : it works also

Could this be only a library problem (but which ) ?

I have tried on my M8pro and it works
not on M8HD (old release 02/2014)

After a fresh install of the whole kitkat ROM I tested the boot time with stock and your kernel:

            STOCK Kernel: 34 seconds

Your Kernel: 1 minute and 12 seconds

Do you know why with your kernel is it so slow on booting?

And the stock kernel discharging the device about 3% a day while the custom one eats about 10% of the juice.

It's quite easy to measure. Flashback the stock kernel - with modified clocks by you - and leave your tab on standby. Sometimes you can check battery log for making sure yourself. Here am I typing, the tablet's battery is on standby since two days, charge level is 92%.
I flashed back the stock kernel because I remembered that it has much better standby times than the custom ones. As far as I remember I made a statement about this some times ago already. So test it yourself if you are not believing me master.

I asked you that only to undestand if it was a problem of stanby discharge or a general faster discharge problem!
It's not a matter of believing!!!!

OK. I might not described it well. It is clearly a faster standby discharge problem which causes general faster discharge too.

It's very strange because only with 1.4 kernels deep sleep is working, so I supposed battery could lasts more wrt stock kernel that have deep sleep disabled!

                            all are exactly the same.
The most important thing is to use the libril file I posted here! (that is the kitkat stock libril)
