This didn't boot for me. Maybe because mine is tv box and MK809IV is a stick?

Maybe. Lonely2k5 doesnt have the same issue as me and he owns the non t j22.
Or should i reflash the rom?

Glad I solved BT.

Perhaps the boot problem is the overClocked kernel (1.6/600/720) ? OverClocked for RK3188T

But HDMI seems to be the most likely problem.

After successful flash, stick reboots to the b/w doublevision logo and then no signal (TV).

Removed usb from pc and plugged it back in -> same result, its stuck at the same place as above.

Another try. Stick reboots to the b/w doublevision logo and then no signal (TV), suddenly it booted to the normal ugos logo and finally to the desktop.

My stick acts really weird at start. I hope im not the only 1 who has this problem.

Btw, bluetooth is working fine.

I have jesurun mx player that i think is X5II clone. it has AP6210 wifi / bluetooh module. Not sure if it is RK3188 or T version.

I tried Geekbuying_TV BOX_RK3188T_Android 4.4_official_AP6210 and KitKat_T010_AP6210_public_20140403 images but either didn't boot. I tried almost every kernel found here with both firmwares and didn't get my box to boot.

I'm using this rom: KitKat_T010_AP6210_public_20140403 on my cs968

The only problem I have is that my overscan settings (options -> display -> screen size) are not saved on reboot, so every time I boot the device

This problem could be fixed if you can edit the ramdisk adding the missing service in init.rc:

service displayd /system/bin/displayd
    class main
    socket displayd stream 0660 root system

And to put the displayd binary in system/bin/ folder. You need root(to put binary file in system) and also you need to know how to pack and repack boot.img(edit ramdisk) and flash back.

I'm using this rom: KitKat_T010_AP6210_public_20140403 on my cs968 without any mods (so still unrooted). and it runs great. More stable then the 4.2.2 roms and fluid video playback even without forcing the cpu to 1.4ghz (I have a t model).

I have the idea even netflix runs in 1080p now becuase of the secure partition that is in android4.4 (I think it was a prerequisite for high quality netflix playback) and even the dutch npo app works with a lot less hitches (3 in an hour worth of playback as opposed to every 15 seconds on 4.2).

The only problem I have is that my overscan settings (options -> display -> screen size) are not saved on reboot, so every time I boot the device I have to set them again (because I want my tv to display native 1080p so there is no scaling on the tv, that should get a "true" 1080p picture. The default settings of the rom compensate for overscan, which I don't need, so I have to correct it.

Does anyone know how I can solve this problem? Would there be a file I could edit if I rooted it?

Excuse the question, someone around the thread tried this rom into a mk918? I have this model and lower the rom but not I install to Saturday or Sunday waiting for reply thanks and good luck.
