720P patch
OK I have solved the issue with 720P and locking the Android system to 1080P when in 720P mode.
I will have a patcher for you guys today.
However you must understand what the issue is with switching resolutions in Android on the fly! It canot be done that I know of and this is what Beelink is trying to work around. When I post the patcher ZIP I will explain what this issue is and why.
Needless to say in order for Android to know whats what, a reboot is required when switching between 720P and 1080P.
This is why even on RockChip ROMs, to get true 720P or true 1080P you must flash a new kernel with a different lcd_density setting which causes you to reboot to do it. AML allows HDMI switching on the fly unfortunately Android cant deal with that well. It was not designed to out of the box.
Anyway I have a fix for you 720P TV people.

no don't use the patch if you have a 1080p tv resolution unless for some reason you wish to be able to change to 720p on your 1080p tv for some reason. Oman did a resolution lock on 105k4 for 1080.@µ$ł!ΩComment

I have experienced play store not loading on 104k4 rom aswell, i found it was my a/c plug had bad connection, so i was loosing time and date settings, so on first boot google has a dummy spit as it sees incorrect time and date.
time and date are probably resetting after flashing?? so, make sure time and date are ok, then force stop google play and then reload it.. ( works in my case )
PS Bob , great work on new rom, i see one of the fixes is being able to synch google calender, what was the actual cause for this, as it was doing my head in wondering why i couldn't synch it on 104k4...

I think it would need to be spoofing a nexus 7 and not a nexus 10 to get hd in netflix, i tried using an app to spoof nexus 7 but i think it only works for the play store, netflix still thought it was a nexus 10Tronsmart Vega S89 Elite Amlogic S802 with finless2.0

If your tv is 1080 don't worry about the patch. Its only for tv resolutions (not "video resoltions") that are 720. Its basically your android default system resolution. You can watch any resolution on a 1080p tv that is 1080 and under. Exapmle: watching a dvd or vhs on a 1080p tv.@µ$ł!ΩComment

- Beelink M8 square box. Well 105K4 says it's for the M8 but I do not have a M8 to test so I am not sure.
This IS NOT for the ENY/Acemax EM8 square box!!!
Bob please correct your 1st post. This firmware is for the following Beelinks:
- M8 round box
- S82 round box
