Your NAND got hosed or your bootloader got messed up.
The ONLY way to fix it is to use the AML flash tool or make the special SDcard.

FYI if the flash tool fails then cache will not be formatted and thus standard recovery wont work.
If you cannot flash with the flash tool at all anymore then I suggest doing the unbrick PIN short method. The will fully erase NAND back to factory and allow you to replace the bootloader.
I have a feeling hardware change or not, maybe something is keeping you from getting 104K4 boot loader installed. I would do the unbrick method with the special SDcard.

You have to take the box apart and use the special sdcard. But it might be worth a try to see.
I wish I had one of these new boxes to test with as I bet I could resolve the issue.
I have also asked Oman about it but we may not hear back until tomorrow because it is Sunday in China.

That XBMC you have no image ,is it comes with the latest FW or did you installed that yourself? It seems like its not compiled for your box ...
for example I've tried the XBMC apk from My older M6 box and its same I've got sound but no picture.Comment

No thats not exactly what i am saying ... Yeah but that frame drop would be a massive concern for me also. but im waiting to see how the ARM codec performs in the new firmware, as that was the most concern for users, but then maybe codecs have not been changed in this firmware, the update log is sketchyOriginally posted by versus4582 View PostComment
