From curiousity I tried to use your firmware with my Measy u4a (flashed using 2gb parameter file) and everything works like a charm :-)

Device gets a little bit hot but works stable even after couple of hours...

I would also like to try your latest kernel (v7) but I am not able to download it (broken link or something).

Can you please re-upload it or fix download link?

    Tnx in advance!

    Regards,

    Avaya

P.S. Splash screen/Boot animation looks really nice :-)

Can you please try kernel V7? I will make a series with lower ram clocks with V7. You can also try to lower cpu speed to 1400, just to test if this will help.

Please flash only kernel v7 on top, deselect all the other things like boot, sytem, misc and so on.

                After reboot:
At Android settings there is a pureXbmc section. Click on performance and set the max speed to 1400 and apply.

                  I'll Try it later today.
shouldn't the kernel work at 1600 ? - my dongle is not based RK3188T

Yes, stick will work with cpu 1600, it's just an idea.
Originan ram speed is 400, now we are on 696. Let me provide some kernels with lower ram Speed with 400 and 600 max.

I will upload some more kernels later.

                      Additional kernels for testing:
                      kernel_cx919_1080p_v7_walter77_vsync_cpu1608_gpu60 0h_ddr400-ddr696

I build a short series of kernels with different ram speeds for testing.
Try the kernels with lower voltage first please.

Would be cool to get some feedback on this.

                          Works Well..
Seems like every other boot or so the mouse input gets really laggy, otherwise maybe the best firmware out for CX-919.

Thanks for your feedback. The mouse thing is really strange. Which kernel do you use? Have you tried one of the other kefnels with different ram speeds?

                              Hi Walter77,

I tried your very first variation of v7 kernel on my Measy u4a and it works but it seems a little bit unstable. Device gets real hot probably due to OC settings.

I also noticed that with v7 kernel I am not able to use/mount USB devices using USB OTG Y Cable so only one USB port is useful. I am currently back to v2 kernel which works OK (even with OTG Y Cable) but I also noticed a little bug under XBMC. It has a little stutter issue every time when subtitle is displayed...

I don't know how to explain but something like this:

movie playing normally.....subtitle shows up (short hick-up/stutter artifact)....movie playing normally....subtitle shows up (short hick-up/stutter artifact).... and so on....

Will try your other v7 variants of kernel with other OC parameters and post opinions here...

                              Regards,

                              Avaya

                                installed the v7 - 400 kernel

I will see if the problems i had with mouse stability is fixed

Can you make some "Default" directory in the update tool
On the rom's distributed by finless it has some "Default directory" to choose from the files (kernel and such)
