Technically I can get a shutdown app from playstore and just plug in to turn on so no big deal really

Stane, I did not do the power button fix. It was in ENY's last firmware. As I recall it was a .lib file that had changed (I did a kdiff3 between old and new ROM). Right now I do not remember what the lib file was anymore. But without their sources good luck!

I'm not following. Power off (sleep) puts device to sleep. Oportunistic sleep is enabled in kernel. USB keyboard power button power box to deep sleep (on arc level) and IR remote (small one) wakes it up. Only error that could be is that power key is in repeat section of remote.conf.

Anyway, power key must be linked to code 704 (thats whats changed).

Drops to MBOX reboot takes about ~2 minutes+ then returns
Not a big deal for me I just Power off at plug.

Sleep
Goes to sleep and wakes with remote
Using remote (one supplied with unit).
After wake remote would not respond with +/- volume, WiFi lost after wake, App store no response.
Then System locked up and started at MBOX logo and stayed there many minutes and booted.

No interlacing problem really fast and responsive but This Wake Lock ups Leads the box to Reboot and box Stucks @Reboot screen ...

The only option is Plugging Off the box from the Mains Power to restart the box...
real deal breaker so Sad to see another build with a major problem

Kind of a weird issue and don't know if it's just here but when exiting xbmc using pre installed stane xbmc, the exit button is invisible... Anyone else have this issue?

Every Android box I have tested has issues turning on/shutting down. Such a basic issue to have such a problem.

The only box I have that sort of works right is the Minix x8h.

New to XBMC but if you are talking about the Off symbol L/H corner I see mine maybe you telly changed res and its off screen.

No... when you shutdown xbmc the exit box that comes up on middle isn't there.

Nope no such an issue with other roms thats something new ... Never had a System Freeze (LockUp) on every Wake from Standby...

My M8 clone works very well in this department, with unchanged or custom ROM's.

Can you explain that little more? I have to admit that I did not try finless fw

The fix was on Life forces roms then was incorporated into the acemaxes roms 22/07/2014
