Yes I occasionally have the same issue (stock ROM).

Also my tablet has "slowed down". The wait to load web pages on any browser is getting painfully slow.

Thinking of a factory reset. Any other recommendations?

What browser are you using, and do you keep the browser of choice cleaned out?

I use Dolphin and Chrome on my T9, and I find they can fill up with cache quite quickly.

I always note an improvement in speed once cleaned.

Kept the ROM stock. Chrome not working. I use stock browser and Dolphin. I will try clearing data and cache.

In general I think there is a slow down OS wide. Perhaps I will also try a factory reset.

In stock ROM Chrome is useless and Dolphin (as far as I can remember) based on Chromium engine will load pages extremely slow.
U65GT stock ROM - I used with good result UC Browser (Flash Player supported), Maxton and CM Browser.

I confirm that. Chrome works excellent to me too after the 2.0 upgrade (Device: White 16GB U65GT).
Just one problem, after restarting doesn't keep some shortcuts or widgets in the descktops. Have to redo them after restarting the device.

My T9 does that on occasion. Just an anomoly, nothing to work about.

Here is Chrome fix.
I suppose you still have stock CWM recovery...with custom CWM or TWRP won't work.
If you are on custom CWM/TWRP follow steps from here.

Here is the Chrome fix I used and it is super easy to do:

Guys please I need help
I want to change partition for the applications to 6 GB
I downloaded from the first page the ROM
and choose only the EBRs
but the scatter file says MT6592, but the tablets processor is 8392....
I tried with SP Flash tool but nothing happened...

I also tried the separate file for 6 Gigs from the first page,
but this one has no scatter....
how do I use it with SP Flash tool???

MT6592_Android_scatter.txt
and select only EBR1 & 2

yes, but, the processor is not 6592 but 8392!!

you must know that 8392 is a 6592 for tablet, so don't worry and use it!

I would like to ask if also your cubes behave like mine testing the touch screen with "Display Tester" app from play store.
As you can see the touches are flashing and disappearing...
This problem makes everyday use quite annoying and i was thinking to ask for a refund. What do you think?
