Old: HPH RK3288 v1.0 2014/10/26 Here or Here
New: HPH RK3288 v1.2 2014/11/17 Here or Here
Update: 2GB Parameter file for 8GB Box Here & 8GB Parameter file for 16/32GB Boxes Here

    Instructions
Connect OTG cable to box and PC.
Hold paperclip/toothpick into reset hole while connecting the power to box.
It should now connect. If not reinstall the drivers and try again.

    1. Unzip with 7z
    2. Use the first tab of AndroidTool v2.3 to select the Images to flash from the ROM.
    (Already set-up by default)
Default is 4GB Userdata, but can be replaced with updated above parameter files.
    3. Click 'LowerFormat'
    4. Click 'Run' to flash the ROM
    5. Wait 5 minutes
    6. Unplug device from PC.
    7. Connect to display.

Don't mix with other ROMS since this ROM has different system.img and latest bootloader in boot.img. Can use resource.img and boot.img from another ROM if it was released in November but not needed in most cases.
PS: Only use default parameter file - rk3288-3.10-uboot.parameter, it is 4GB. Other parameter files will brick your device. See above for updated 2GB & 8GB parameter files.

    Solo Launcher
(How to setup App Drawer Groups and Desktop Layout)

Any suggestions, improvements or bugs, please share, so I can fix it or report it.
There is a limitation to only have 800MB for system.img on Windows.
Also no CWM for RK3288 exists, otherwise it would have been easier to include more apps.

For AC3/DTS PT in Stock Video Player
    1. Copy libffmpeg.so, librkffplayer.so & patchedlibmedia.so to system/lib
    2. Restart device
    3. Works in Stock Video Player and Kodi Beta 1 PT patched

    Automatic framerate in HPH SPMC

Please test improved SPMC Auto_Frame_Rate_Switcher on your HPH devices.

Unzip and install as addon from zip.
Go to Program addons to define the shortcut keys and enable the service. Restart SPMC afterwards.

Yes, just split your latest Tronsmart firmware with the flash tool.
Replace my boot.img, resource.img and kernel.img with your split firmware files.
Then use mkUpdate.bat to make a single Image file to flash to your device.
Try to use the latest 100k4 firmware of your device.
I will try to upload boot.img for Tronsmart devices with my tweaks also.

Yes, because your have 32GB ROM, you can use a bigger user space partition.
Maybe 8GB or 16GB parameter file.
Just rename the bigger parameter file to the one in mkUpdate.bat, the default one without a GB size in it's name.
Open the mkUpdate.bat file with notepad to see how it works.

Can you get a 'dmesg' in terminal app('su' then 'dmesg') and also a 'logcat' with catlog app in the Play Store.
Also post the webcam's specifications and picture, website.
Also a description of the problems you experience.
Zip everything up, then I'll report the issue.

Have you tried other usb web camera apps from the Play Store?
Most probably the camera has to be enabled correctly in the kernel.
Just to make 100% sure, the camera was connected when you posted the logs?

                          Hi mo123,
Because I have already installed last Friday 24th of Oct. the latest Nagrace firmware for the HPH 4Gb / 32 Gb box and I've spend some time to reinstall and reconfigure all the Apps that I had before and also all the Addons for XBMC and SPMC, from the backups that I did before upgrading again my box (already done it 4 times now), that I was wondering if I can flash your modded ROM that is based on the firmware that I have installed just by flash the images that you have tweaked without the need to start all over again. Is it possible? Which images should I flash only?
                          Thanks.

You can flash boot.img for the wifi tweaks.
                            Can flash system.img for the
                            - remote files
                            - XBMC video payback fixes
                            - For the pre-installed apps
I'm not 100% sure, but the apps I mentioned in the OP will then be replaced eg. SPMC
There are addons for SPMC that you can install that make backups of all the Addons installed or manually backup the userdata folder of SPMC and restore it later, need to show hidden files and enable root access in ES File Manager to see files. Your other installed apps should stay the same, but I cannot guarantee it.
It will be best to flash ROM over again, but try to flash the 3 Image files first and see if it works.
The apps that get pre-installed from the system.img is the only thing that might give problems with your setup.
                            Hope it helps.

You can use my ROM and replace the boot.img, resource.img, kernel.img with the ones from Bob's ROM.
Might loose some wifi tweaks from the boot.img, but don't think it's very noticeable.
The system.img has lots of changes, so not 100% it will work correctly with Tronsmart Images, but it should. Try it, if it doesn't work, you can just flash Bob's ROM back again, very easy.
