but I really need help. Please, could someone help me?

my UGOOS is 4g/32G with the following firmware:
    UT3_rooted_19.09.2014.img from ChinaGadgetsReviews.
This is one file of 450 MB.

So first, is this ROM suitable for the rest of the procedure ?

secondly, how do I use my own Resource.img and Boot.img during the flash of mo123 ROM ?
You can just flash the whole ROM.
    Follow the instructions carefully.
If it doesn't work, look at #97. I uploaded the Ugoos boot.img and resource.img.
The HPH and Ugoos use the same hardware and firmware, so it shouldn't be an issue.

If you want to split your firmware
    1. Open AndroidTool and go to 3rd tab, 'Advanced Function'
    2. Then 'Firmware', Select your update.img file
    3. Select 'Unpack' to unpack the firmware.

The SPMC playback is really good, no issues or crashes seeking in videos anymore and better 4K playback.
Remember to also restore Solo Launcher's 2 backups.
Solo Launcher is completely free and some of it's features are only available in paid Nova Launcher.

Can also release an SPMC addons update if interested. PM me the addons you want included, try to limit it to free, non-adware included addons.

Also want to make an app package but can't seem to find a working TWRP/CWM for RK3288 at the moment.

Very important to do a clean wipe, 'lowerformat' and use default parameter file, rk3288-3.10-uboot.parameter to avoid soft-bricking your device.

No need to substitute anything with files from 1.3.35 ROM, this is based on V1.3.35_141112 stock ROM.
Only use default parameter file - rk3288-3.10-uboot.parameter from v1.2 ROM. It is 4GB. Other parameter files will soft-brick your device since partition sizes are different.

ROM v1.2 flashed correctly to HPH 16GB & 32GB and should work without any modifications to Ugoos UT3.
If not working on Ugoos UT3, try these files.

The hardware supports it, but not sure if a software setting/update also need to be implemented.

Are you able to provide a download link via Google Drive?
If not I will try to download again from Mediafire and hope for the best... :-)
    Thanks.
You can download from different filehosts using jdownloader.org or Mipony.net
    Yes the filesize is 489MB.
Maybe disable AV while downloading and flashing ROM.
Remember to also format before flashing the ROM.

I install your rom 'from scratch' (i turn on format lower option) with R28 2Go/16Go ... 100% OK.

Just one point, Virtual unplug hdmi app isn't working in kitkat rom... just in JB rom.
So, i guess to turn off DRM control, you have to patch /sys/devices/virtual/switch to 0 directly in source (before compilation), or find another way. Hardwareguru dev knows a way. He use it for last KK rom for Minix X7.

Other point, is CEC supported in your last rom?

    Thx.

And what about parameters? Should I use the 4Gb Userdata from Nagrace HPH firmware 1.3.35 or does not matter?
How can I check that I do not have a corrupted version of your ROM?
I will download it again just to have a fresh start.
    Thanks.
