I don't think that is real MIUI rom. I believe that it is just MIUI themed rom (or something like that). According to what I have read from 4pda.ru the rom uses 91 HD launcher. I have not tested it. But if you want to test, give us some report please .

EDIT2: For bigger app space:

MT6592 patches are suitable for MT8392 too

So if you want use bigger app partition mod, you can use MT6592 patches for Talk 9X.

Btw, I'm not able to update the first post anymore because this forum has time limit for editing. That is very bad...

Suggestion 1: Make a "google document" (or something like that), with what's in your first post and add all the new roms/info you could not add since then . After that, edit your settings, and change your signature to show a link to this shared "google document" which will have everything. Your signature could look like: all the latest information can be found "here" (where here would be a link to the "google document" This way, those who find your awesome post (even the first post), could simply click on the link in your signature and get an always updated document with all the ROMs. (BTW: Big thanks for keeping this updated)

Suggestion 2: If you can, it would be nice to also add a "how to for beginner" somewhere in that document as well. Most roms have instructions, but only for someone who has already rooted their tablet and knows what they are doing, but I always get lost. Instructions like: "Only for installation through modrecovery CWM or TWRP" may be good for a pro, but for a beginner like me, it's not easy (I'm not sure which version to use and how to install it). Basically, a step by step, from installying a recovery tool, making backup, and then flashing the needed ROM we can find in your nice post.
