Dear Geekbuying, I have been contacted by support yet again and the response is the same.
For anyone reading this please note, I have received a brand new Mecool K3 Pro TV box that has a problem with displaying and recording DVB-T2 broadcasts, DVB-T and DVB-S/S2 broadcasts are fine.
I have had this problem from new and contacted Geekbuying within 2 days of receiving the product. Despite telling them that I wouldn't accept a repair on a faulty from new item, they insist on asking me to return it to China for repair.
If that isn't bad enough, I had paid for the option to return this to a European warehouse and despite pointing this out to them, they are still telling me to send it to China.
I am not happy with the service I have received to date so I may end up talking to my credit card company. If I were to send this item back using Royal Mail as Geekbuying suggests, then there is no tracking for China, if I send it back to Europe - the option I paid extra for, then the item can be tracked.
Strange isn't it that you want me to send this back to China using an untrackable method.
