    As for my ROM.

Big question here. Do you want the ZIP format or flash tool. I am saying this because if you want me to repartition nand for more app space (since you have 8GB to work with) it must be via flash tool. I really do not like making 2 different kits especially since we really cannot afford the bandwidth for download anymore.

For you in the UK check Maplin.com I bet they have a quality 5amp 5V "tech / hobbiest" power supply you can use. More amps cant hurt!

Apply my fix if you want joystick center 6 to detect the gamepad.
    assuming you meant that app.

for me it was either going to be the MX1 or the Neo G4 until read the the 802-3 might get linux first of all the 3066 sticks....

wouldn't have minded BT though..... and was a tad pee'd off that the 802-3 didn't come with a psu.....another forum member said if the psu he'd got with his tv stick was anything to go by then i was better off without one..... I'll use the decent one I got with my firesale HP touchpad....... running Android brilliantly by the way......

LOL same here. I actually bought the imito mx1 before buying the 802-3 and due to what AndrewDB had posted i figured why not and bought the 802-3 to go along side it. I figure i'll at least have a good idea of which one i prefer once i get them up and running for awhile. They should both be here within an hour but i might not have time to mess with them until this evening. My fingers are crossed though. The only drawback is my main pc is an imac and i'll need to use one of my other windows machines to flash it.

I did a fair bit of research b4 hand, read in another forum that AndrewDB (linux dev) had been donated a MK 802-3 and was in the process of building unbutu for this stick, that more or less sealed the deal for me, plus it has 8gigs of nand, twice the size of the Ug....... @ the mo In4Dealz have it at 59.99usd, for the 8gig, cheapest I could find.....so went for a white one....

Lets us know how you get on using Bobs rom..... hopefully you don't brick the stick......

    Regards.

Correct if I'm wrong but I was under the impression we could use Bobs UG 802 1.6 rom on the 802-3 as they share identical hardware? and things are cross compatible....... I'm aware that the 802-3 has 8gig nand, the Ug802 is 4gig but thats the only difference....

Bob, can you explain how the nand is partioned (size wise) when you flash your rom onto either the Ug802 or the MK 802-3

I would also be interested in the finless rom for this model. I have one on the way to me today and was thinking about trying another rom to see if it would work.

Xbox (Logitech) controller support would be great! Maybe you take other "feature requests"?
