TVLauncher 2.0

[tm1982]

Tried the new 2.3 beta.

First off, its beutiful. Love the sections and new graphical look.

Added sections and that worked like a charm, but when i add a app from featured apps it crashes. And after that i cant start it again until i uninstall and boot it up fresh.

Also, if i got the tvlauncher from play store installed i cant install the beta cus ut says its the same version.

I used a asus tf300 for the test. Hope my feedback helps you out. Tell me if you want me to test anything else.

what i may add is. when you want to remove more than 1 application from the list. you have enter in edit mode every time . it may be cool to enter in edit mode so you can delete multiples of them. like when you want to remove applications in go launcher and many more

I think I've fixed those issues you were having tm1982.

Okey. First update on the beta for today. I've done quite a bit of cleaning up in the code structure, so there should be less possibility of bugs. I've done a lot more on the sections bit. It should now look good on any resolution or screen size. I've added a list function to easily navigate through your sections.
Creating sections is now looking better as well.

I'll be working on deleting, editing, etc. sections, and I there should be another beta coming later tonight.
Next thing will then be folders. I've done quite a bit, but some key elements remains, so it's not ready for beta just yet.

sam, whre it is the link to buy it on play market?

i will be testing this new release. also. enable in the beta version some big icons to do the testing.

i forgot to tell you you need to make bigger the icons when you create a group due the wallpaper its not visible.

also add the option so we can add any wall paper you want from your local images.

i have tested this new version i has fixed lots of details thst i had in mind .

also you need to add an option to be able to edit the group. so if you want to change the name or the background you can.

also add the option to enable the application become the default launcher.

lets wait the net version so we can testes the other updates you haves.


i had tested this sift since verion 1 defibitly its muxh more intuitive to use now.

excellent update.

it will be cool to to make the icons of the applications fade in and out when you change the sections
update. add a button to add custom or local banners
and not only the 5 that brings

the bookmarks button should be labeled as premium. as featured it is.

i dont know but may be also good the any application.with something like my applications or installed applications.

dont know but may be add some botooms to enable wifi, bluethooth, etc. on the banners section. may be be able to enable them form the setup menu

enable a fullscreen mode to hide the androis system bar.

i love the filter options

multiple delete icon option its not working.

the edit section its working excelent

may be add te possibility to do infinit scroling between sections.

littebug finded.

click on the search icon deck
then click onthe filter option
then close the search deck
then open the search deck.
there you will see the keyboard icon enabled, but the seailter option is not so you type and does not do nothing

may be add on the abcd filter icon the 123 icon so it shows any numbered application

maybe in the tile labels add an otion of the application name alightment , left center right.

maybe add a little section of the weather status.

lets wait next beta version so we can play with it

when using swype across the section you need to swype until half of the screen to make the section change may be good 1/4 of the screen for the transition.

I really like the launcher and joned board just so I could contribute and leave feedback (indie developers are the best, love it when you can have a dialogue with people)

I got my mk808b last week, and have been looking for the perfect launcher since.

just installed the latest beta, and will upgrade to paid shortly.
one of the things i thought of right away is that the arrows that you can use to go between screens probably shouldn't be default? it would make more sense if these just activated once you actually have more than one screen.

I've fixed scrolling, it now scrolls at 1/4 of the screen. Feels a lot better. You can scroll infinite (sections) with the arrows. And they only show if you've got more than one section.

I've worked a lot today to get done with drag and drop, and I think it's pretty good. I still need to make it more usable with keyboard/remote, but I'll work on that.

BEWARE! You cannot delete any tiles, because of drag and drop. So don't mention it. It doesn't take that long to fix, but I don't have time atm. This is after all, just for testing and finding bugs.
