+ I will fix the positioning of the tiles, so that they all have the same space between eachother.
+ I fixed the weird/bleeding shadow, coming with next update.
@ tatubias - I can't reproduce the bug either. Can you post pictures or pm me a video. I would love to fix the issue, but as of now I can't find it.
+ I've added button in the alphabet grid that takes you to all apps starting with a number, coming with next update

Custom images for section banners will come later.
Proper infinite scrolling might come later, but it's not a priority.

I will definitely add FreakTab to the bookmarks grid. Coming soon

With the latest update (2.38.beta), I think the custom tiles function might be broken again. I do all the steps I explained earlier, and it says the tile was added. But, when I go to look, there's a blank, white tile where my custom tile should be. Tried this for two custom tiles for two different apps and same white tile for both.


Also, I know it should install as an update, so I shouldn't have to redo my spaces and stuff after I install a newer version. But when I click install apk, it says it couldn't be installed because the same app is already installed but with a different signature.

Thank you for noticing about custom tiles. I did some things that might have messed it up again. Sorry. I'll look into it over the weekend.

About the different signatures, does it only happen with the latest version or do you mean from the one on the play store? Because of you mean the later, I've done it on purpose , just now for the beta. But when on play store it will have the same signature.

Okay. I see. The latest version is using a different signature. Sorry about that. I'll revert it back to the old one tomorrow.
And the custom tile bug is a really simple fix. I had just overlooked a line of code :/

Update tomorrow. A pretty big one I'm excited!

I've worked a lot on the bugs that are present in the play store version. Defaults cleared on reboot, inapp is much better - it just works now .

The update is great. I like the Default Launcher check and the other fixes. But I just have a couple of questions for clarification.

1) What is "Custom bookmark form validation"

2) The wallpaper has been removed, but I really liked the dark blue one that was there earlier. What's the "New Feature" that's coming soon?

Okay, about the new feature I was talking about. I'm in the works of creating a screensaver for the app. When you are idle (you can choose the idle time) the app starts the screensaver. (Can also be triggered by a button) You can choose multiple wallpapers the the screensaver cycles through. You can also just use your system wallpaper or live wallpaper if desired.
It think this is much better than seeing just glimpses of the wallpaper throughout the app and in between tiles.

Sammy, when should we expect to see the direction key input fixed.
As it stands right now, this launcher is not viable for simple navigation input, ie kind of the point of the launcher to begin with.

Im just busting your balls, I know this is a beta, just wondering on a general timeframe for this.

If I could make a suggestion for the sections idea.
Instead of the dropdown list you have currently. It might make more sense from a UI/UX standpoint to have the section title in the top middle. When the user highlights the section an arrow shows up on the left, right or both sides of the section. They would be able to scroll left or right to assess the other sections.
Like this -

Accessing the side menus would not change so long as they were currently highlighting one of the app tiles on the screen.

Thanks for your feedback. i kinda liked the way the section header was centered. I'll look into it.
About navigation. I'm well aware that it is not optimized for arrow keys navigation just yet. I will fix the navigation soon.
