Thanks for this awesome rom. I've tested all and will use this one seem the smoothest one. If it's possible can you make rk remote v2.0.2 compatible with this rom. It doesn't see the device.

Is there a app or a trick to boot into flash mode when finless 1.7 is already flashed? I cant get my MK808b to boot into flash mode anymore.

Yes. The included reboot app for example ;-)

The Reboot App gives me Reboot, Reboot to Recovery and Reboot to Bootloader, nothing about flash mode. ;(
Or is it just named something else?

Flash Mode = Bootloader. Don't forget to connect your stick to a PC via otg port before.

The difference is amazing. Many thanks for all the hard work. For the people who have problems with Archos and other streaming programmes, I would try streaming from within ESFILE EXPLORER. It has never let me down. The device is used mainly for streaming live TV. The WIFI signals are a lot stronger than the previous roms I have tried. Thanks again.

1. If I hide the bottom menu with this button: , how do I restore it?
2. If I put the device in sleep with this button: , how do I wake it up? (I tried with mouse movement/buttons and it doesn't work)

1. Drag the bottom of the screen up. The bottom bar will re-appera.
2. After shutdown, unplug it from the power supply, and plug it in again.

Lock screen settings missing rockchip

1) Lock screen is back friends! Now is settings>security

Congrats on the ROM!

Could you please share how you were able to get the lock screen functionality back? I have searched high and low through the Googlesphere with no luck.

I am currently using RK3188 X5
Android: 4.2.2
Kernel: 3.0.36+

I tried some roms for clone1 and more but no one rom work correctly.

Guys,

I am trying to Flash my MK808b and in the middle it says in red: Error, failed to download file (during the flashing.

I tried other images and still I get the same message. Does that mean the device is bricked? any ideas?

Yes erased the NAND prior to flashing, the only rom version that continued the flashing till the end with no errors is the finless 2.1 but when connecting the device to TV to test it nothing is working no logo nothing. Only the blue led light is on.

Do you have a mk808b with rk903 wireless chip? Because almost all custom roms are only for this version (which is not produced anymore afaik).
