but, before i start reading that link you send me - just one direction, suggestion please:

when i mount and open "system.img" in linux, and after i do changes (i repeat, that is nothing speciall, few apps plus-minus), how i save that changed image? or by simple unmounting that image stays changed? and simply copy back to windows pc and start flash process?
before, in older versions of android, after change i must sign that files. what about here?

Just wonder how many of you prefer this animation.

        The original minix boot-animation.

                Other resolutions

                Hi,

is possible to the next custom rom add resolutions like 1366x1024 60Hz or 1024 x 1280 hz?
There are some monitors that have dvi input and don´t accept 1280 x 720.
                Thanks!

Does anyone else expirience constant Wifi dropouts? I have no dropouts with the original ROM, but this one gives me constant wifi dropouts.

Any log or info I can give?

I changed nothing with how wifi works on this ROM. So this makes no sense....

"Vergib ihnen, denn sie wissen nicht, was sie tun"
"Vergeef hen want ze weten niet wat ze doen"
"Pardonne-leur car ils ne savent pas ce qu'ils font"
"Perdónalos porque no saben que lo que hacen"
"Oprosti im, jer ne znaju što čine"

No problem with WiFi for me. Works like a charm.

                            Hi just a curious question.
If I already flashed to Finless ROM, does the parameter file changed from the original ROM?
And if I am going to update to a new version of original ROM, will the existing parameter file be changed to fit the new ROM or will it cause any problem if it doesn't match the size of the new ROM?
If so, how do we overcome this?
                            Thank you.

                              Thanks!

Thanks Bob for all your hard work on these budding devices, whether 6months old (think neo X5) or the quad cores that have just made it to market. I hope MINIX, gets there act together soon on the X7, can't wait for a form factor like the X5 to be fleshed out with a Quad core processor. I hope all development hasn't stopped on the X5 as I just got one yesterday. Either way I feel like I got a deal on the X5 made better by you and anyone that has/had helped you.

                                Xbox controller

Hi, I am new to this (using x5 and 1.2b) ..... and trying to get the xbox controller(wired) to work. I thought it was plug and play but i don't get any response in the 'compatible' games (controller is blinking).
I can't find xpad.ko in my system files....
