Lollipop - Wasser Firmware for Beelink R89

Has the ability to rotate the screen from landscape to portrait been removed from this Rom? I tried Version 3.0.0 rc1 and Version 3.0.2 and can not find in the settings where to enable screen rotation.

Is there a chance that I can play mkv video files without micro stutters with Kodi from the #1? I habe micros stutters in audio too. The second thing is the video/audio is not synchron.

Can I play .iso 3D files over samba whit any player !=Kodi? Kodi is to stupid für real 3D BD files :/

I think the remotes changed over time. Geekbuying was offering to send out a new remote for free. I think I have the older remotes. 4 of them.

you don't have to , we got different tv's , different motion settings.... on my Samsung js9000 4K tv (even if i'll do the extreme auto motion plus settings ; blur reduction: 10 , judder reduction: 7) there will no stutter whatsoever when using 3.0.0 RC4 , while it's noticed with the mentioned settings on 3.0.1 and 3.0.2
When such a feature (auto motion plus is set to clear , then there will be no stutter on all roms)....
i just love that extra smooth motion that i can only get with 3.0.0 RC4..... but that's me

-yah , mxplayer plays so well (when it comes the picture quality ; crisp and vivid colors) , but versions 3.0.1 and 3.0.2 suffer micro stutters as compared to version 3.0.0 rc4.
-version 3.0.2 has also a perfect youtube playback

MX Player plays so well on this rom compared to any version of Kodi. I've just started using it until Kodi can get fixed. MX PLayer can even play VC1 files on this rom.

using spdif passthrough;
- wasser kodi doesn't have the fit to screen mode (16:9)....
- rk kodi has that fit to screen option, but the audio artifacts occur during fast forward or backward (even after applying the scientifically-confusing-to-understand-why steps (so you just have to keep on playing the movie without any interruptions)....

Here's a list of steps on how to get 3.0.2 to play video the best with Wasser Kodi that's worked for me and a few others. The solution below lets you have 5.1 DD and DTS passthrough.

1) Use Android Tool 2.3 to upgrade to http://www.freak-tab.de/wasser/wasse...-r89-rk3288.7z
2) Use Android Tool 2.3 to upgrade to 3.0.2 http://www.freak-tab.de/wasser/wasse...-rk3288_box.7z
3) Install Wasser Kodi http://www.freak-tab.de/wasser/rk-ko...2-lollipop.apk
4) Make sure you are using SPDIF output. wasser HDMI audio output has audio artifact problems
5) Go to Android Settings > Sound and select SPDIF Passthrough.
6) If the video isn't smooth try this. Go into Android settings > Display > HDMI and reduce the frame rate from 60 to 24.

Test out a video and let us know. So far this has worked on my Tronsmart R28 and Beelink R89 on Yamaha and Pioneer Elite receivers with Panasonic TVs.

Happy to hear that this worked out for you as well. I guess my dumb luck is at least a viable solution for now I'd still like to hear input from Wasser or someone else familiar with creating ROMS as to why this actually works!

Hello. Dualshock 4 does not work via bluetooth. Is there a solution?
