UPDATE: If anybody else have this problem (double charged) first do check it with your bank. Presale authorization on Nov.11 bank charged my debit card instead of pre-authorization only.

There is some problems with the product you brought .
Because of the CPU of Intel company does not match the newest product perfectly so we sent the product to rework.
So it may take a few days before the products got back.
It's happened to all stores not only Gearbest.

i have problems with the gearbest support. They always promise to reply within 24 hours. Now im waiting on response for 12 days! (and live chat is not working)
