Tronsmart have (finally) release the drivers - http://www.tronsmart.com/support/download-center
You can get them directly from here - http://www.mediafire.com/download/vyvnlkvlt3bjy8i/Ara_BJ19_Drives_150922.rar
Can't see what the missing device is!

These are Windows 8.1 drivers BTW but if they are not compatible with Win 10 at least you can go and find updated versions.

I am having issues with finding a working memory for the box

These two 4Gb sticks do not get me to POST screen:-

This 8Gb stick from my laptop gets me to POST screen:-

Based on these pics do you guys know why the two 4Gb sticks do not work with this box and what memory I should specifically buy?

The Samsung M471B5273DH0-YK0 memory stick I have is 1.35v works without issue on my laptop, yet it does not work with the Tronsmart box.

The things that differentiate this Samsung M471B5273DH0-YK0 memory vs the the Kingston KVR16LS11/4 stick are:-

                    Number of Ranks2 | Number of Ranks1
                    DRAM Organization256Mx8 | DRAM Organization512Mx8
Number of DRAM 16 | Number of DRAM 8

This might be the issue, the box does not just take any 1.35v memory stick, hope others don't make the same mistake on this..

                    Memory details:-

Hey, did you try each module individually to see if either worked separately?
I suspect this box won't work well with mixed speed ratings, and minimally NEEDS PC1333+ memory modules.
Also, voltage specs are critical. these boxes primarily ONLY work on the lower voltage types (or whatever is specified). This is usually a mobo chipset requirement tied to the itx mobo's chipset.
Couldn't hurt to pop a module in a regular laptop & see if they still work.

I tried to install Ubuntu 14.04 and I still have the ethernet issue!
The LEDs doesn't turn on.... Maybe sometimes for 1 Sec and again turn off..

The Ubuntu shows the ethernet disconnected... Blinking connected, disconnected.

                        Please help... [

                              Hi!
                              8Gb/500Gb/W8.1pro64. All drivers installed.
i have big problem with Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller.
This device not working normal in windows 8.1 and other OS.
If unplugged 220V cable and run W8.1 - all ok. Speed - 1Gb\s, pumps over 100 MByte in sec. If Win restart - ok. After sleep - ok.
But if shutdown from Win - after up Win problem: "identification", "unknown network" "without access to the Internet". And after the "button on" - LAN not working. Boot from "live usb (WinPE)" - LAN not working...
                              Off/on cable 220V - LAN ok...
Drivers latest from Realtek. All "green" and all power management in drivers - "off".
(In bios I did not find the settings that affect this problem. Only the choice of OS - "Windows 7" - lan work with such problems. If choice "Windows 8.x" or "Android" - "cable not connected").
                              Help!
It may be in the BIOS settings? (BIOS latest from Tronsmart site). May be after shutdown from OS BIOS not initialized lan-chip...?
