    I have the MK808B Plus.
It has worked fine with the stock ROM since purchase about a year ago.
The other day, on startup it just started boot looping.
Tried clearing the cache - no change.
Did factory reset and it booted up.
I figured I'd try something new since I had to reset the whole thing anyway.
I found this thread/rom and it installed pretty much without a hitch (except for the screen resolution issue in TWRP)
I only set up Netflix and KODI and it all seemed to work fine.
The next day on startup it just started boot-looping.
Tried factory-reset in TWRP (tricky with the screen resolution issue when you can't get into the ROM to set it back to 720p.. is there a way to make TWRP always 720p?) ...Didn't work
    Re-flashed superceleron 1.4b... seemed fine.
    Installed Netflix and KODI
everything worked for about a week.
    Now it's boot-looping again.

    Any suggestions?
Some sort of memory corruption? Hardware?

I think you have a memory corruption. You could try to use OpenELEC from SD card, so if the problem is on NAND memory, it may work fine. Search for OpenELEC mk808b in this forum. This OpenELEC is mainteined by kszaq. You will have kodi back, but not netflix...
      Good luck!

Nand.... i think you have to use the OE in the sdcard like mwp1 said!

          Thanks for the quick replies.
The device is 99% for Netflix so OE isn't really an option.
I wiped/formatted everything I could find a few times over and re-flashed again. Set up Netflix and Kodi and then created a backup.
It's working again (for now). I'll see how long it goes again before failure. If I only occasionally have to recover the backup then maybe I can handle it.

You can install OpenELEC in sdcard and keep Android in nand. From OpenELEC you can boot Android. So you have both.

                      Hey guys,

hope somenone can help me to re alive my Android Stick.
It got stuck at the Boot Screen after flashing SuperCeleron 1.4b.

It´s an Andoer MK808b plus with 1G/8G AM805 CPU and RT8723BS WiFi Chip. The Board is a Netxeon MK808Q_V2.0
Stock Firmware is a rooted 113K4 and as I remember with a 3.xx Kernel Oman@ubuntu or something like that. Unfortunately I don´t have any backups or the stock Rom.

I used the EC-MK808B Plus Update.zip an load it with the Update App. Before that I made factory reset out Android Settings without Problems. The Update went fine but after reboot it is just showing the SuperCeleron Boot Screen.
As I couldn t get out of Boot Screen I extracetd the recovery.img of the zip and tried again using TWRP. There I can see flashing is abborted due to several Errors.
It seems that no parttion can be mounted. No Cache, System ór data partitions.

So I hope can advise how to get working again. Maybe someone have the stock 113K4. I didn´t find it anywhere in combination with my CPU/Wifi

                      Many greets

You need to flash this build with the amlogic tool :

At that point you will be back in business and you can go to libreelec , Ubuntu, or another Android OS.

Thanks for the link. I have tried this Version and also Vensmile MXV S805.
All the same. Burning Tool reports successfully flashed. After that just Boot screen again.

Hi! Is it possible to update the kernel to kszaq's latest linux? Currently HDMI-CEC does not work with my LG TV but kszaq has managed to fix this on his version of the kernel. Alternatively, can anyone kindly point me on how to get the kernel config and compile my own? I tried extract-ikconfig but get "extract-ikconfig: Cannot find kernel config". Thanks.
