[ROM] Superceleron 1.4B, MK808B Plus AP6210/6212 and Clone RT8723 and MXQ S85.

I tried it and nothing, holding the reset button, on the screen says no signal, soon as i stop holding the reset button the rom loads normally. I dont know whats going on... I tried more then 20 times same outcome... :/

Flash the stock rom again! use USB Burning Tool!
Then try again with the right one!

All of that works just fine here, so i cant help you on that(i hate clones...they always give problems)!
It should support dts just fine!
And like i said im not making more changes to the rom, already made 5 buils for 3 different devices and that means 15 build's(not counting the bad build's) that is a lot of build's! So no more from me :/

1º yes i think it was that the i added to the rom, but cant remember (2 many rom build 2 many stuff around maybe i added the wrong one lol)
2º yes i need to add to the 1º page that solution
3º mali driver, https://github.com/kszaq/linux-amlogic still based on the 01/2015 or 02/2015 kernel! And yes the 112k4 the mali driver is from a more recent kernel (04/2015) and lost support egl v1,
that is why i opted to use the old one, more stable a works a lot better on the videos(kodi) and a lot of private(see commits log) fixes!

Thank you for sharing infos. I will upload my custom rom for ap6212(your rom look refreshed) and apks, when will be ready, on frektab.

What does the fact that Google play says that the Apps are not compatible with the device, have to do with the fact that it is a clone?
Why does Google recognize my MK808B+ as a Nexus 10 tablet?
All these apps worked before I flashed your ROM.

Don't take me wrong, I do appreciate the fact that you are supporting this ROM and answering posts on these threads, It is just frustrating that it does not work properly on my device.

ye i understand you, but dunno why you are having all that problem... it can be a lot of things(a more recent clone device, bad flash also)
And is spoofed as nexus 10 for more compatibility with playstore(you can edit it on build.prop on "/system")!
i don't have a clone, but a friend of mine have and made the tests and all is working for him, and i did test the clone rom on my device all working fine(no wifi of course) but with a eth usb adapter, playstore are working just fine, and the apps you talked about!
Check the MD5 of the file you downloaded, reflash the original and then trey to reflash again the rom!

I did not make a backup of the original ROM, so I am more or less F***ed.
I can't even install Chrome on the stick now .

Mk808b plus has dts, truehd ect. decoders but can be used only in the stock media player, that should support also multichannel audio (enable option in mbox settings).
If you want to downsample audio just use a media player with codecs (ex mxplayer+dts/ac3 codec from xda forum).
-apk can be downloaded also from other alternative market or directly from the web ex apk-dl.com

-use aida64 and us the clone name (if it is showed)
-just try this: go to settings/app and clear data from playmarket or better restore the prev build. Then restart, open market,set your account, set allow at google request (don't use backup function). After the market is opened,closed and wait 3!imute..then restart pc stick

One last question (I hope), In the App used to flash the ROM there are two tick boxes, one say "erase data" (or clear data or format data), and one "erase media".
Should these be selected? what does each box do?

You should go in mx player settings enable video hw+ or hw render (if hw+ isn't working). If your video has dts audio you need to download from xda dts codec for mx player(it's not implement by default cause royalty-free).
I'm fixing mx player landscape view for tv but for now,for see the settings button in the program, disable/hide navbar.
Add. Anyway kodi should support mkv (reading minix x6 review it's fully supported)

I mean:
Wifi compatibility= dko.so + wifi folder
Bluetooth=???.so+bluetooth folder

I found also two small bugs in your rom
-silent mode will not turnoff system sound (bug not present in cm11)
-clock time isn't setted corretly for location (europe central is +1h while your rom is +0 by default) bug not present in cm11
I know is possible to fix manually but how can i fix in the rom? Which file should i port?
